Review 1：The balcony door had a very cold draft from a poor seal. It was easily lessened though with a towel. However, when it is -20 any draft is unwelcome.

Review 14：We got the appartment at 4 o'clock, as orginally informed. We got a message already the day before saying "everything has been ready for us, just pick up the key as informed." However, we did not get the apartment until at 4 o'clock. The message led us believe otherwise and make plans accordingly.

It has a great location. It was important for me because of different business meetings took place in a center of Oulu. The apartment was clean and fully equipped. I highly recommend it!
