Review 1：- check-in (after reception is closed) takes time, machine does not work properly, touch screen is not responding - superficial cleaning of the bathrooms only, is not particulary clean, everywhere there is a strong smell of chemicals - thin walls

Review 3：The last times I've been on Vitoria I've stayed in this hotel and averything was ok but this time showed me they are cutting on maintenance, when I wanted to take a shower the sprinkler fell and hit me on the head and later when I wanted to take soap the container almost fell and hit me on my feet, it used to be a good option for us but I think we would try in another place later
Review 4：The reservation was a big mess has the hotel wanted to charge more for the conditions that was included. They wanted to charge for extra people and breakfast for people when this is charged for bedroom. They sold our double room and provided two singles so we had to split the family.
Review 5：I had to figure out myself where the breakfast for which I had paid in advance could be found the next morning and as I don't speak Spanish and the sign for breakfast was only in Spanish, it delayed me slightly. Having spoken to staff twice on the phone, perhaps it could have been explained to me. However, I found it and it was a pleasant breakfast.
Review 6：Automated check-in meant I could arrive whenever I wanted to. It's a basic, no-nonsense hotel which is what I like and needed. Comfortable bed, excellent Wifi. Staff rang in advance to explain how to use the automated check-in. Central location.
Review 7：Cuando hice la reserva se explicitaba que podría pagar en efectivo en el hotel. Después se me informa el correo de confirmación que hay un horario fuera del cual no hay nadie en recepción. Yo hice la reserva con una tarjeta virtual con la desagradable sorpresa de que al llegar al hotel la máquina de la calle me exige que inserte la tarjeta que he usado para realizar dicha operación. Evidentemente al ser virtual no existe dicha tarjeta física. Acto seguido me pongo en contacto con un "número de emergencia" donde me atiende un señor que no se identifica con más ganas de discurtir conmigo y demostrarme que él tenía la razón que de solventar el problema, que no era pequeño: en Vitoria, a las once de la noche y con la previsión de tener que buscar en esas circunstancias un sitio para dormir. Al final accedí al hotel tras unos cinco minutos de lucha dialéctica con un personal a la defensiva y que parece que olvida que se les paga para resolver este tipo de situaciones, que no es tan raro que ocurran. Desde la web afirman que se puede pagar en efectivo y no explican que hace falta la tarjeta física para acceder al hotel, aquí se da una paradoja, que uno puede hacer como yo hice y quedarse expuesto. Para más inri una trabajadora del hotel me llamó antes de llegar y lo único que me dijo es que me hacía falta el número de reserva que obviamente guardaba. Por lo visto acto seguido intentó cargar el importe de la habitación en mi tarjeta sin lograrlo, y ni se digno a llamarme para comentarme la incidencia. En resumen, un hotel que no explcia las cosas y que puede dar lugar a este tipo de desagradables situacione. Por lo demás el sitio es más parecido a una cárcel que a un hotel, y 50 euros, sin desayuno, por semejante cueva me parecen absolutamente desproporcionados. Yo desde luego que desaconsejo el lugar y nunca más volveré alli.

Review 9：Shower at full pressure tends to leak all over and the whole bathroom was wet but easily remedied by not using full force.
Review 10：Close to the almond district, quiet and clean. Excellent value for money and very helpful lady at the reception. The bed was comfortable and the toilet and shower were good with hot water and good pressure. Common room has an ironing board and a vending machine for water, drinks and snacks. Perfect location and comfort for solo travelers.
Review 11：No phone and no minibar in the room which wasn't a negative for us, but if you would search for it, I write here just to inform. And the hotel is located inside a passage, so use a map or your GPS, it was very easy to find it with GPS. The sign of the hotel can be seen in the entrance of the passage, don't look for a huge Hotel sign, be careful, you can miss it. The reception was open in certain periods of time, as they have informed us for this, we didn't have any problem about that. Also there is a check-in machine in front of the door, don't panic if the door was locked, you can check-in :) I write down those just for information, our stay in this hotel was 10 out of 10!!! :)
Review 12：Everything was perfect. The stuff was very kind and friendly and speaking very good English. There is a different Wifi connection in every floor so the Wifi was very easy to connect and very fast, connection never dropped. The single beds were bigger than normal sizes and very comfortable. The room, bed-sheets, bathroom was clean, the room was cleaned every day. There was an air conditioner in the room but the heating was open so we didn't use it, the room temperature was perfect. The hotel is in the city center, close to the tram station. Everything is in the walking distance. The breakfast was given in the cafe next to the hotel and it was fair, and the coffee was perfect. I think this hotel deserves more than two stars, I give them two more and make it four stars**** :)
Review 13：It was hard to find at first, being in an arcade off a side street, with the usual problems of a big Spanish city when you arrive in a car for the first time.
Review 14：Weekend receptionist was very friendly and helpful and phoned when I was struggling to find way there in time, despite me delaying the end of his day. He also gave tips on where to go to eat, which was very useful so late. Facilities were good and reasonable value. Breakfast (not included) offered a basic or eat as much as you like option and car parks were nearby.

Review 50：the room smelled slightly of cigarette. receptionist is not available all day during the day time, but an automatic check-in machine is available outside the entrance for travellers who arrive during their break time. However, it was a problem for us when the machine could not find our reservation, turned out that my reservation was not actually made in the end due to some problem with my card detail Even though booking.com has sent me all the confirmation emails. Somehow this was not communicated between the hotel and booking.com, fortunately there was a number to call at that time. The guy was helpful and there was spare room at the time so it was not a big problem in the end.
