Review 1：The main problem was that the hotel has not woken up to the fact that it is the 21st century. There is no wifi in the rooms and the wifi in the hotel lounge was almost constantly broken and when it worked, it was incredibly slow (it took five minutes to download a simple email, often the system simply seized up). There were despairing guests trying to connect to the internet in vain. The hotel was located slightly out of the way, although it was possible to walk up on the snow slopes from the village (the distance of about a kilometre, uphill). There was supposed to be a free bus available, but on the only occasion we needed to use it, it did not arrive and we needed to take a taxi. This was France and there was a problem - for some taxi drivers the distance from the village to the hotel was too short and they refused to take us.

Review 3：This is a Hostel, not a Hotel!!! A real nightmare, awful room, smelly, nothing worked in it, rooms are cleaned only on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Terrible stay, avoid it at all costs!

Review 4：poor location, 20 min. walk to town, poor selection and quality of food (buffet) for breakfast and dinner, not able to change money for you, some staff were grumpy, road to the hotel in very poor condition, also the bar closes early in the barman feels like it.

Review 12：The yoghurt on the buffet for breakfast and dinner was of a poor quality...sweet coloured but no taste of fruit. The glass doors and windows to the rooms were not well insulated.

Review 14：Very long walk uphill if you miss the last reasonable bus time. Last bus down is about 18:20 and last bus up before 22:40 and 00:10 is at 18:40!

Review 18：It was a great hotel with a wonderful mountain retreat feel and friendly staff. The location is the top of 1650 which means you need to plan to get the free shuttle or walk back after nights out. However, the views make it worthwhile. It's also convenient for ski hire and skiing off within a few metres walk.
