Review 1：Only one person from staff speaks English (lady).
Review 2：As city is not very big, hotel located in the centre, so it's close to any sightseeing object. Railway station is only 10 min by foot.
Review 3：Nothing but a slight improvement on wifi and would be lovely if we could make a cup of coffee in communal area. But these would be improvements rather than things we didn't like. Lovely place to stay.
Review 4：The staff was lovely, helpful and friendly. They tried to talk to us and explain things despite our poor spanish. Rooms were clean, not big but okay and close to the old quarter and restaurants and shops. Good value for money.

Review 18：Very friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms and towels. The location is ideal, right between the old town and the newer parts with restaurants and museums. The price was very good compared to the quality of the room.
