Review 1：A little bit expensive for the hotel situated so far from all attractions but believe me it's worth it.
Review 2：One more perfect place in Austrian Alps. It was easy to find hotel even at night. We arrived at 2o'clock at night and found paper with directions and totally prepaid perfect rooms. It was like coming back home after long journey. And at the morning we woke up with perfect mountain view in sunny cosy room. Breakfast was tasty and the owner was very friendly.

Review 4：Terrific location. Near yet away from town; less than an hour away from the airport; easy access to the mountains. Very safe and secure, clean and comfortable. Homely and trustworthy staff and family.
Review 5：Credit/bank cards are not accepted. Breakfast is a basic continental one with a small variety of food. No possibility to have lunch or dinner, so you must drive to the nearaby villages/cities to eat. Wi-Fi is rather weak in the rooms.

Review 13：When we arrived, we were told to wait at the front door while our room number was ascertained, with no word of welcome or introductions on the part of the staff member. We were then taken to our room and left without a word. No information given on arrival e.g. Suggestions for restaurants for dinner. No explanation of routines e.g. Time of breakfast. Our room had some printed information, but only in German. Our room was very hot so we slept with no bed cover (there was only a thick feather quilt) and we had a very disturbed sleep, There was only one pillow each and it was very thin and very soft. I was allergic to the feather/down pillow and had to google a German translation to explain to staff and request a different pillow. Apples were provided but they were rotten - well past their "use by". The small fruit bowl at breakfast had fruit of various (some dubious) quality. No hand basin in the bathroom/toilet, only in the bedroom. No replacement of bathroom toiletries on our second day.
Review 14：The views were stunning. It was very clean and tidy. Staff responded to our requests but we felt we should not have to ask for things that were missing (like cups on the table where "free" coffee was provided). Breakfast was good. This place would be suitable for German speaking people. I would rate it at 2-3 stars.
