Review 1：The underground car park was very difficult to get in and out of. It is very tight and we had a 5 door compact car. The town is small so a car park on the street would have worked better for us.

Review 2：The hotel was very close to the center of town and it was easy to get everywhere. The staff we helpful for what we needed. The room was a bit tight but very comfy and all the facilities worked well.

Review 3：Parking can be difficult next to the hotel at the weekends but there is a car park not too far away. Not a big problem.

Review 4：Central location in Jaca. Rooms are quite small but it is old town centre building and it was very clean. Wifi worked well for basic functions and bar served good food (including breakfast) and nice coffee. .

Review 5：Good location and easy to find. We had a motorbike which we were able to park in a secure underground garage for 8 euros. Staff friendly and very helpful. We didn't eat in the hotel in the evening as the restaurant was being refurbished but breakfast was excellent. A reasonably sizes town with lots of bars and restaurants to choose from.

Review 12：Excellent reception with help to park car with rear mounted bike carrier. Rooms fitted to a high standard with good a/c and plenty of hot water. Excellent tapas in the bar, and good and friendly service. .Location is within strolling distance of all places of interest. We will stay here again!!!

Review 13：The AC didn't work very well. We thought we had reserved a parking space but was told there was no parking available upon our arrival. This seemed odd since I had made the reservations six months in advance. Luckily I was able to get a free parking spot several blocks away.

Review 14：The hotel is in a great location and you can quickly unload your bags before parking elsewhere. It was a quiet room with a very good shower and an elevator. The breakfast that was included had a few choices and tasty.

Review 15：Parking was just a little tight. But guided in by staff, so a few three point turns on the down ramps and we were in. But tight for an Australian used to much more space :)

Review 26：Lovely room with balcony and a generous size and very well appointed. Spotlessly clean. Very friendly and helpful staff - pleased to chat and to go out of their way to help, for example, by arranging a garage space that would fit our too-large car. Breakfast is included and if they run out of what you want they go out into the street and get more. The value is amazing too. We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough - it's a real gem and in a lovely town too. Jaca is a really nice place,

Review 27：No problems whatsoever. The location was perfect for visiting the sites in Jaca, the Car Park was under the Hotel which was very clean and comfortable and the Staff could not be faulted. The Bar was busy with a good atmosphere and served a good Evening Meal and a varied selection at Breakfast.

Review 28：Friendly and helpful staff, bright, modern clean rooms with high level furnishings and decor. Location in the heart of Jaca means that everything is close by. The adjoining bar has good value dishes available. Unreservedly recommended.

Review 29：They had space for my bicycle. It was in the sub-basement and accessed by lift and I don't know how many they could take but the lady in reception was most helpful about it.

Review 32：We returned to this hotel as my wife had left her jacket behind afterour previous stay. Carmen had looked after the jacket and wasextremely helpful.The hotel is situated in the centre of Jaca, and there are numerous bars and restaurants within close proximity of the hotel. Carmen recommended several restaurants, and we settled on the Biarritz, which was a two minute walk from the hotel. We had an excellent meal. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and there is a lift to all floors. We will definitely return.

Review 35：The location is excellent. The hotel is on a pedestrianised street, bars and restaurants adjacent. My wife left her jacket behind when we left. Carmen emailed us to inform us that we had left the jacket behind. She went to the trouble of finding out postage costs to return the jacket to us in the UK, and went out of her way to ensure we were reunited with it. She also told us where to eat whilst we were there, and even telephoned a restaurant for us to check seating availability. She is an asset to the hotel.

Review 102：From the person serving breakfast to the very knowledgeable young lady at the front desk all the staff was very helpful. Something all people driving to this hotel need to be aware of; there are a lot of pedestrian streets in this part of town. The Street the hotel is on is pedestrian "except" for the first 40 meters or so. This is so a car can get to a garage next to the hotel. If you don't know this it can be confusing. If you are driving to Jaca and expect to park in the garage, rent a compact car, the garage is small and difficult to maneuver.
