Review 1：Had to ask for washcloths and the front desk insisted that they are in every room. They were in neither of our rooms and we kept having to ask for them.
Review 2：Room was great! Bed was great. Breakfast terrific.
Review 3：although we thought the room was air conditioned it was just a sort of fan, so unfortunately during this time of the year the room was very hot. We could release some of the warm air by opening the windows and door to create a draft. The bathroom is a bit outdated.

Review 19：You feel welcome all the time. Excellent breakfast. Good location close to shops and restaurants and Germany. Good parking facilities.
Review 20：The bathrooms most importantly need a major remake, and you can't get away from the smell of old material in the room, even though the bedding and overall design looks fair.
Review 21：Easy to get to and park the car around. The rooms are sized well, and the friendly staff help to improve the experience. The pub downstairs offers decent food.

Review 24：Room for a family could have been a bit bigger and the air con didn't work. Shower drain was blocked on arrival but was fixed very promptly.

Review 26：Non working AC in rooms = hot rooms. Our first room (307?) on top floor adjacent to main street was severely sound polluted. Rubber gaskets on windows needs to be replaced. High and constant ticking noise from traffic lights made sleeping impossible (despite closed windows) and sound levels from passing cars was second to no hotel rooms we've ever stayed at. To give you a perspective: At home we have a highway as close as 18 metres from our bedroom with 60.000 vehicles passing daily. Somehow the peak noise levels in our first room was approximately 15-20 decibel higher than home. Thanks to the very helpful staff we were given opportunity to change room. The second room was quiet but hot.

Review 28：Very bad air conditioning system , temperature about 35 degrees in the room, oppening the window will lead to very high noise, WE COULD NOT SLEEP!!! The staff only gave excuses. The room didn ot match the pictures whenn we booked. Children beds are very hard and small. No parking available for all the guests, we parked every night in a private parking. This hotell should be at most a one star hotell! never again!

Review 30：The best hotel I stayed in Denmark. It's better than a 5* hotel fromCopenhaga. You got a very good and stable ic and also a video cinemafree in the room. Also when entering to take breakfast you need to cleanyour hands at the entrance. The staff also was very friendly and help mewith every problem:)
