Review 1：we travelled with two small dogs and feel the charge of 20 Euros was excessive as there were no facilities provided for pets.

Review 2：The apartment was very spacious and clean,beds were comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. Ideal as an overnight stay.

Review 11：It is a large apartment with kitchen and large bathroom. The apartment has automatic check-in system and you could come to apartment at any time. It is very easy to do check-in by yourself. A big parking is nearby.

Review 19：Difficult to find as it is very much a block of flats rather than an hotel. They are situated on the same side of fhe road as the stadium. No one at the entrance office so had to use automated check-in. Badly signposted to lifts, staircases to flats. Difficulty getting in. Then we had a most unpleasant experience with the very rude receptionist when we returned from shopping. He did apologise fhe following day for his behaviour but by then the damage was done.

Review 25：The appartement was not very clean. The walls are dirty and the light switches black from dirt. I found a hairy raiserblade in the shower. Needed to clean myself to feel free to use it. Futher a good location with dog (€10 a day extra!)

Review 27：Short hours of reception (9 am-7pm). Limited utensils and crockery in the kitchen and a bit of a walk to the historical town. (We were there for cycling so location was perfect for us as it was on the road out to the lake with great cycle routes).

Review 62：The price was highly attractive The location is excellent opposite the largest park in Vitoria Gasteiz. The lady on reception was wonderful. The one bedroom apartment has everything one would need.

Review 63：I booked a one-room apartment for me, my husband and our 3 year old son. In most places young children don't pay if they sleep with us in our bed, or if they do, they pay half price. When I arrived, they told me that I had to pay full price for a two bedroom apartment. I explained that our son would sleep in our bed but the employee was so rude. He said that if we didn't like this rule, we could look for another hotel. He charged us an extra 20euros for an extra room we didn't use. The sheets had stains and the handle on the drawer was broken
