Review 1：Had to ask for a change of sheets and was told they are not changed if only staying a week but they changed them when i asked. Apartment was only serviced once but no heartache when i keep a tidy house at home any how.
Review 2：Pleasantly surprised for what we paid. Expected worse judging by the reviews but all good!!
Review 3：Would be nice if a kettle and toaster were included in the apartments as standard, also a tea towel. No shower mat in bath to prevent slipping. The beds were not very comfortable & would benefit from quilts rather than blankets. Bar ran out of beer on 2 occasions. We felt the balcony was quite low & not suitable for young children. Patio door difficult to open, ie not sliding easily. All in all the apartments are ok & we enjoyed our stay but the whole complex could do with refurbishment and also some type of entertainment even if just piped music around the bar/pool/outside seating area.
Review 4：Ideally located, only 5 mins walk to the beach, shops & restaurants. The pool area was lovely but in need of a little tlc. Staff always very helpful. The apartment was clean & we had towels changed & beds remade etc 3 times during our 10 day stay.
Review 5：Arrived at 1am, the security guard who greeted us barely spoke English and gave us a key then disappeared, room was filthy on arrival, cockroaches were everywhere both dead and alive, I literally had to kill about 50 cockroaches before I went to bed, they were even in the wardrobes so I couldn't even unpack. I have never experienced anything like it in my life, it was absolutely horrendous, managed to get a replacement room three days into the holiday, the replacement room was in a different block and was lovely. The day after moving someone else was given our old room and they complained about the same issue.

Review 7：Where do u start .. from the moment we pulled up out hearts sank. The signage was tattered and old, Which was a good predictor of things to come. On arrival we were told that the fans!/toaster/kettle was all rented at a charge. The pool area was a total disgrace and was filthy dirty, as well as the " seated area" wit old / fades chairs and tables along with debris all on the ground. No lift up to the room which was on top floor. Rooms was tiny -- to fit 4 was totally inadequate health and safety wise this property was appalling.the sliding doors didn't close; the windows in bedroom was a total death risk for smaller children ( ours was 6) as the height was way to low so child or adult could easily fall out. Would never go back or recommend this place to anyone . While it says " basic " this was by no means only basic it was a health and safety risk.

Review 13：Good location with only a few minutes walk to the beach and centre via the footpath and set in a quiet residential road with roadside parking outside the apartments. Our apartment was clean and comfortable and adequate kitchen utensils, crockery, fridge and two ring hob also an excellent microwave. We took our own travel kettle, tin opener, bottle opener and teatowels. The staff on the site were pleasant and friendly and our bed linen and towels were changed twice a week on the days specified on the notice on the wall to the apartment block. The pool area and site were kept clean and tidy and each apartment has its own balcony with table and chairs as well as a dining room table and chairs inside. I think we were fortunate in having one of the refurbished apartments having read some other visitors comments but we have no complaints and would certainly return in the future.
Review 14：The big downer was the lack of any kind of air conditioning. We were there during a September heat wave and the humidity was very high. It was a struggle to sleep at night. with absolutely no air movement at all. The sheets damp after an hour and stuck to the body. There is also a lack of equipment in the kitchen. No kettle of any sort, we resorted to making cups of coffee in the micro wave, no knife suitable for cutting fresh bread, no toaster and no cloths of any sort.
Review 15：The reception and bar staff, which for the most part were a married couple, were very friendly and helpful.The situation is excellent if you want a peaceful time. Pool is adequate with a kiddies section. Rooms are what you would expect in size and are functional. There is a fridge, 2 ring cooker, sufficient cutlery and crockery. It would appear that all rooms have a pool and garden view.

Review 17：Location - quiet suburb of Sa Coma this is my 4th visit to thisbeautiful region of Majorca & stayed at Europa complex 2012 and2014. Very reasonably priced plus apartment was newly decorated,facilities are basic but more than adequate for my stay. Staff werefriendly and helpful, laundry changed twice per week.
Review 18：We are convinced that my husband was bitten by something on the living room sofas as this is where his clothes were kept, these obviously do not get cleaned and are very old. The bath was flaking and repainted which was unpleasant,the shower head didn't work and we had no hot water in the bathroom taps. The patio doors were extremely difficult to open and in secure.
