Reviews for Hôtel La Sivolière

Review 1：The service was bad. The staff was kind, but there was no efficiency. We had half board but the first day we did't have table to dinner. In the afternoon they told us we would have to wait until 8.30 but it was 9.30 and we were still waiting. Finally they sat us on the table that was free from the beginning. At breakfast they always run out of crepes and never refill, the same with some yogurts. On the middle of the week they ran out of the chicken nuggets from the children's menu, we kept on asking for them but they didn't buy them. When something finished they simple didn't replace it. The spa was a miniature and there was no lounge, just a corridor with 2+2 chairs.

Review 4：The location of the hotel was excellent of ski resort very quite and comfortable for us coz i was with my kids the car was there for us at any time best service at all u feel like at home

Review 7：The rooms were slightly on the hot side without a thermostat to adjust. Also the room was a bit dark and could have done with a little more light near the wardrobe. A hot tub would have made the spa complete especially after you have been skiing all day.

Review 8：We loved the relaxed atmosphere of the hotel, the shuttle service was amazing and nothing seemed to much trouble. The ski room was fantastic and for novice skiers like ourselves it was great to have help with boots and skis. Our skis and poles were even placed outside waiting for us to go. All the staff were professional and friendly and really made us feel very welcome. Pool, Sauna and Steam room were lovely and relaxing.

Review 10：Staff are so friendly, you don't need a car the hotel provide a shuttle bus where and when you want to go.

Review 11：the manager thought were going to leave without paying the bill and chase after us before checking carefully!

Review 12：-The room service ( hot dishes) closed at 10:30pm.-Hotel wasn't walking distance from downtown as what was mentioned in Booking.com however the free shuttle was so convenient and available all until 4:30 am !
