Review 1：Some of the people staying there at the time were very rude and food was very repetitive and hardly any choice.

Review 2：The staff put us in one of the best rooms on the top floor we had amazing views!

Review 3：The food was an absolute disgrace. The evening meal was the lunch time meal just left in the bain maria til later. And one day the pork chops were still there all dried up next morning. A couple of meals we were told there was no bread or pudding. The rooms were falling to pieces. The bath was rusty and the shower rail didn't fit. Balcony doors didn't lock properly. If you wanted a drink you had to go and find someone to be told they couldn't serve you because they were finishing work in 15mins. They ran out of white wine on the third day and was never replaced. I had to steal toilet rolls from the downstairs loo because it was never replaced.We never had clean towels, they were taken away one day and they only left us one bath towel and one hand towel. I never thought to take photos of they room. Never had to before. We are 58 and 65 yrs old and never known anything like it.

Review 5：cleanliness, staff looked miserable, booked to stay at Hotel Playa blanca but was redirected to an annex of their group with prior advice, and had to watch tv in a tele from the 80's.

Review 7：- Room without ac - it is not possible to be in the room (about +30 +35). Ironically - but in reception you can rent a fan - 5 EUR/day.Good business!- Horribly tasteless food. Perhaps - because the guests would eat less... Drinks often covered with blanket - you must buy in the bar. I found a worm in vegetables. Dishes and tools with a food scraps - disgusting.. - Very noisy. Several drunk guests "singing" karaoke till 00:30. In the every morning ~05:00 AM staff noisily pushing plastic tables and seats. It is not possible to close the balcony - no AC - terribly hot.. - No privacy. All the balconies are connected with a small wall. From the balcony you can perfectly see the neighbor's room. - Paid WiFi IS NOT WORKING. The simple WEB page loading ~5-7 min, then hangs - time out. - Wrong hotel address - mapped a better place, but really is more away. To the sea about 200 meters, to the beach 250-270 meters In my opinion - hotel rating 2/10.

Review 8：We stayed in the main buliding and we had "room with theview". First of all, just after we arrived, we got room with oil-paint stinking door. What is even worse, after short nap we realizedthat whole bed as well as our bodies were covered with bedbugs that werehappy to drink our blood. Fortunately, we changed the room without anyproblems. It was annoying that in June (almost high season), managementdecided to perform renovation around the hotel. We also didn't likethat when we bougth tea or coffe at the hotel bar we got the drinks inplastic cup. Other remarks:- dirt at the dining room (stained tablecloths, sticky and greasy plates and cutlery) - not working air condition at the dining room - monotonous breakfast (ever day typical British breakfast) - the bedclothes were not changed during 15-day stay even once - the room was cleaning every day but in very imprecise way (huge terrace was not swept during entire stay) - very expensive fridge (25 Euro per week) - extra charge for TV remote control (funny) The hotel has great potential to be nice place to go on holidays but requires general renovation.

Review 9：Very nice location, close to 2 beautiful beaches. In contrary to thehotel building, there was well-kept and clean swimming pool. Elderpeople may enjoy very nice evenings with dancing and live music.

Review 18：extremely noisy: eastern side of the hotel (with a sea view) faces a very noisy street. it was a constant noise of the air-conditioners from the hotel across the street (you will not hear the sea) and it was impossible to sleep longer than till 8 am due to the garbage trucks loud noises, which starts at 7:30 am, and then returns during a night somewhere around 1 am. Advise: ask for a room in the western side (swimming pool view), because the sea view is anyway being blocked by the hotel across the street. no air conditioning. booking.com says that air ventilator is included but in fact it is not and you have to pay extra for it. the same with the wi-fi - you have to pay for it, only 10 min is for free. as we stayed 8 nights by the end of our stay we could barely look the same English breakfast menu, which is the same each day, with no fruits or sea food and horrible taste coffee from the coffee machine.

Review 19：the hotel is great if you are not planning to stay more than a week and to spend all day at the swimming pool; low cost for a good value; menu for dinners was really good; we paid only 62 EUR/night for a double room with HB, so we cannot complain much for what we've got.

The hotel must have been stupendous in its day but is nowa little tired and needs updating which will cost a fortune. Ignore allread ups and give it a go we had a fantastic time. But be aware... Noaircon or ceiling fans, email and ask to be put in main building as theyhave annexes, it's tired but ok for the price, food is good butrepetitive so don't go if fussy,if you don't like something tellthem politely if they can help they will. Remember you got a cheapholiday so just chill and look on the bright side it's sunny.

Review 39：We had no water for a few hours, which was not a problem but I think it would have been courteous to inform guests of maintenance work beforehand (e.g. a notice in reception).

Review 40：Good value for money in the respect that we got what we paid for! Food was pretty basic, but can't grumble for the price we paid. Staff were friendly and helpful. And the pool facilities were good and clean.

Review 41：The food was cold, the same and very little, no hot water even though we reported it. Very noisy neighbours. Hotel like Fawlty Towers. Very disappointed. Paid for all inclusive but there was nothing we wanted. Staff were in painting and work clorhes and then cooking!

Review 42：The food was very repetitive. Same soup, pasta/sauce & deserts every day; the fish or meat option changed every 2 days. We didn't go hungry but after 2 weeks just bored with it. Would pay a bit more and stay 3* next time.
