Review 1：The apartament needs maintenance. The living area has got two sofa beds that are broken and therefore can't be used. You only get what's left of the previous guests toilet roll. We had to ask for more towels.

Review 2：Pool only open june 19 to Sept 19 despite hot weather. Check in procedure chaotic no staff available. No TV for 2 days. No kettle have to boil water in pan - very dangerous. No Oven. Staff do not speak ANY english. Would not recommend to english travelers

Reception is located in the Apartamentos Islantur Ipanema building which is opposite the Apartamentos Las Américas buildings.The following services are included in the rates:-Cleaning (not including kitchen) and change of bed linen and towels is done once a week.-Free WiFi in reception-Cleaning products.Please note the pool is open from June 15th to September 15th.Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the property.Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
