Review 1：The rooms are extremely outdated and it was like opening the door to the 1970's. This is certainly not a 3 star hotel. The beds were like sleeping on the floor. The bath taps and shower head were badly stained. Only 2 light bulbs were working in the apartment and even though we reported this to the reception this matter was not dealt with. The patio door did not open and close properly, again reported but nothing done. The oven needed condemning. The food was disgusting, nice if you like fried food and chips... Oh and chips were on offer as an all day snack. All the drinks came from a machine, even the cocktails! All served in polystyrene cups. The receptionist was none to happy when we asked for a receipt when paying the bill... Do we now pay for things and not get proof of payment?

Review 5：Facilities in room were below average, grubby, tatty, worn and rathershabby overall. The sofa bed was non-existent. Going forward, this hotelneeds to clarify that what they define as a sofa bed, the rest of theworld just refers to as a badly made uncomfortable sofa. So essentiallyI've ended up paying a premium rate to lie on a very thin piece ofsponge with slats digging into my back (all whilst recovering from abadly broken ankle and still on crutches). The all inclusive offeringwas incredibly repetitive, lacking in variety and range of options.Breakfast was a particular lowlight. Lunch and dinner were essentiallythe same meal, consisting of fried everything you can imagine. Staffoverall were unhelpful, unsympathetic and it was quite clear they werecompletely unbothered by any concerns. Definitely not a place you wouldlike to spend a week in. Bathroom also had ants.
Review 6：The only redeeming features of this, as described by the manager,'fiat panda of hotels' are the pool, which was spacious and wealways managed to get sun loungers. Also the location, in terms ofaccessing the beach, was ideal.

Review 8：Bad location bad hotel. More like a block of bad flats. Toilets hanging off lights hanging off leaks. Btoken locls on the back doors no air conditionong working no door on the freezer compartment no landong light working so cant see to get in. No main living room light working electrics failing. Wires hanging from lights and live wires hanging oit the walls rude staff and a very rude manager who lies and keeps saying things will be done in the morning and he will tell you this every day untill your stay is over. And when you ask for another room he will say he cant help you and throw his arms up in the air. And after all the nightmare the hotel will actually try to get more money out of you. Oh and forget all inclussive as the food os absolutely terrible. And repeated daily. The drinks are so watered down, that they taste like water with a hint of paint thinners. Ive been many places and never even moaned about some things most would have. But I swear everything was wrong with this place. And have some gruesom pics to prove it. I dont know why the cleaners were paid as all they ever did was change one sheet all they seemed interested in was opening my cupboard to check my safe everyday. And take anything small off the sides that you didnt want thrown away like your rizlas or tobacco

Review 13：A great team of staff throughout maids reception bar kitchen restaurant,,clean beautiful food with plenty of choice always something for everyone,rooms cleaned everyday except sun/thurs but they make this clear staff neva stop & go out of their way to be helpful,don't take any notice of the bad reviews we loved it and wil be returning,,,if you want a 5 star then you need to pay 5star money this is an excellent value for money hotel in a great central position,,,bang on 2 week stay,,,thank you gran playa,,,,

Review 18：Unfortunately there were more negative impressions. First of all need to admit that I'd expected more from ApartHotel: - Stove wasn't working and looks like it was mounted more than 20 yers ago; - There was no kitchenware. I say 'NO' as there was only one little saucepan (1 L), several plates and two old glasses, and that's all, nothing more. There was no pan, no electric kettle (or smth looks similar). About microvawe or simple oven we could just imagine during our stay. - There was no iron. And that's not all. - Chandelier on the ceiling has it's wire hanging down to the wall and was placed to electrical socket. Looks strange as it can be turned on/off using a switch on the wall. - Right above the electrical socket was someone's palm print. - I can tell more, but one more thing I should mention is a flush in the toilet. It had been broken when we've checked in and during all the next day. Administartion mentioned smth like - "You can use the toilet on the first floor".
