Reviews for Landgasthof Zur Lilie

Review 1:Thought we could get breakfast but the restaurant was closed in the morning.

Review 2:Great big room, wonderful location, wifi worked well in the living room. Appreciated the parking right at the unit.

Review 3:Their information about the accommodation on the booking site and internet is very misleading and the apartment is down the street and around the corner from the Restaurant and Beer garden. You need the walk back up the hill for breakfast each morning. The apartment is poorly decorated with cheap picture/ prints and an artificial plant. Nothing indicated that we were in the Black Forest or even Germany for that matter. Once inside we could have been in any cheap motel room.

Review 4:The town is picturesque. The locals very friendly. Lots of walking trails. Huge Breakfast.

Review 5:->Main problem we faced is the hot water supply. After one person took shower we had to wait for 20-30 minutes to get the hot water again. ->Apartment looks ugly from outside. ->Not much options in breakfast for vegetarians.

Review 6:->Staffs are friendly. ->Apartment was clean from inside.

Review 7:I was alone but could have been comfortable for four people.

Review 8:Huge apartment with terrace overlooking lake and mountains. Quiet peaceful setting. Easy reach of castles by car. Excellent restaurant. Free laundry facilities.

Review 9:This was a great find, Apartment is a few minutes walk down hill. But is a great size with very comfy beds. Staff were very friendly and huge choice for breakfast. All very central, so couple of minutes walk to everything including Waterfall. Would definitely stay here again.

Review 10:The pictured location is the gasthof and and adjoining restaurant. The apartment is in a modern apartment block in another street. The restaurant closes at 6 pm. There is no wi-fi in the apartment we were in (though we knew that), and this was the most expensive night's stay of all our tour of germany (including heidelberg, munich and berlin).

Review 11:For a first time visitor, the location was very central. The owners and everyone working there were very pleasant and helpful, and the apartment was spacious with free parking. The breakfast was very good value.

Review 12:We were a little surprised that we checked in at the restaurant and that the place we were staying was a couple of blocks away. It would have been nice to know this fact ahead of time. Not super bad, just seemed a little weird, mainly because we didn't know.

Review 13:The room was actually an apartment in the town of Triberg, not a hotel room attached to the restaurant. It was nice and quiet and within walking distance of everything. Well, pretty much everything in town is within walking distance, but the apartment was in a very central location.

Review 14:Very spacious like a small apartment. Location was great. Restaurant was amazing. Service was even better.

Review 15:Need to go to restaurant to register. If I didn't know this before it would have been difficult to find.

Review 16:Right in the middle of town

Review 17:can not think any of it

Review 18:cheap, clean, bright, huge

Review 19:5pm check-in Accommodation is in a multi occupancy building in a side street. Noisy Poor facilities No breakfast Too expensive

Review 20:Nothing

Review 21:Check in is at a pub. Upon asking a bar staff member where to check in, she told me there's no accommodation here. Frustrated and hauling a heavy bag, I crossed the road to the tourism ctr and they confirmed I had the right location, just ask for the chef. Upon returning I was met by his wife, who was very friendly and helpful. Perhaps they need to advise their staff of their hotelling business. No wifi.

Review 22:I was taken down the road to an apt. building and the place was fantastic. You can cook your own meals, there's a bathtub, heating, 2 flat screen tvs and cable (only cnn in English). Very spacious and great value for money. Catch the Marktplatz bus from outside the train station. The pub to check in, is about a 5 min walk uphill on the left. The apartment is a 30 second walk down a side street.
