Home’S offers apartments in different locations about 0.6 miles from central Oulu, close to city sights, restaurants and transport connections. The modern facilities include flat-screen TVs and private saunas.

Review 1：the key for the studio was left in the locker and there was a code. probably the locker was frozen or a bit broken so I broke 2 naiks trying to match the code

Review 3：Apartment had a bad smell. I'm guessing from smoking. All the pillows and blankets were covered with hair and stains. In bathroom was also hair, from man's beard.

Review 4：There was No wifi even though it was previously arranged. No sauna even though it was stated as a facility. No balcony even though stated as a facility. Staff did not return calls from messages left. Staff were not in office at time arranged

Review 6：Hoover was not working without holding the button on "on" position with your foot or hand, very difficult when you're alone. There were not cleaning cloths at all, but one in the kitchen...I wonder how the previous guests have cleaned the bathroom - hopefully not with the kitchen cloth...I cut it to half for using the other half for the bathroom. Cleaning was made very difficult. And the apartment was not clean.

Review 7：The keys that we got were for a wrong apartment but this was quickly fixed when we called to Home's and they delivered the right keys inside about 15 minutes. Minor setback but this happens and they were very quick to fix the situation.

Review 8：We were visiting Oulu and on our day of arrival received an SMS to pick up the keys from the Home's Office. I've travelled quite much in relation to my work and stayed in many hotels before and I have to say I was very positively surprised. The Apartment was a very nice. Everything was tidy, renovated very recently and this was an apartment I would myself be happy to live in. We had a two room apartment with bedroom , living room and connected kitchen. The house had also Sauna. For a price of a very cheap hotel room we got a fairly large apartment with high quality interior in the very centre of Oulu. Overall a very very positive experience and I will for sure use their services again and I'm confident of recommending them.

Review 9：Reply in English: No reply when calling the phone number, also duringopening hours. Got reply when sending an sms to the number. Personshould be more available, since many people arrive after opening hours.This calls for big improvement! In flat no. 328 (lowest floor) the firealarm was disconnected, and we tried to call several times duringopening hrs, but got no reply. There were also pizza leftovers in thefridge upon arrival in this flat. Light bulbs were missing over the sinkin bathroom in all three flats, and no extra bulbs. A lot of commercialmagazines were stucked in the cupboard in flat 328. Why were they notremoved? Parking: We got information that we could park all threemotorcycles and the car outside the block of flats, along the road. Thisis not correct, due to parking signs. Luckily we got in contact with anelderly man living in the same building, who showed us a free parkingplace in the parking cellar under one of the buildings, where the boysparked their motorcycles. The car was parked on a free spot outside thebuilding, - we were lycky!

Review 10：In English: The surroundings were just fine, as promised. Not far fromthe center of Oulu, so we walked to and fro. This was very ok. Price wasalso nice and maybe we will use Home's once more.

Review 11：I don't recommend the apartment. They have an office, but noone is there. Instead of sending an email with the information, they send an sms, forget about customer care. Poor service to the client.

Review 12：The shop close to their office, the seller was very kind, he is used to help the people that have made a booking.

Review 13：No parking; although it was clean in general and everything is in function, there was some mess on the balcony, a badly washed sink and greasy handles in the kitchen, no light in the sauna and a broken shower stand.

Review 14：A nice and quiet apartment with all necessary domestic appliances just near to the railway station. Friendly staff. We did not know before the system with a key left in a locker, so it was a bit confusing to find the office closed at the moment of our late arrival. Thus we have to contact by the provided phone number to get the instructions, and we got them back via an SMS, then it all went smoothly. So, a traveller have to consider to have a mobile which is working in Finland. And the apartments are located in a few blocks from the office where you arrive at first.

Review 15：As it was a flat with all the amenities, we were , disappointed that some of the fittings in the kitchen did not work . Further more, one of the bedside lamps had just been placed there for "the look of it" It was not connected, and could not be connected. There was only very little toiletpaper in the bathroom, not even a full roll. There was a slight smell of fungus in the apartment, and as my companion is allergic she reacted immediately and had quite a difficult night.

Review 17：A half about lamps have burnt, beds and bedclothes are under an acceptable level - the cheapest which available and even uncomfortable, furnish generally has minimized, garbage bags not available, towels some second-hand quality...Why they are not doing enough maintenance, housekeeping and invest a little bit mor for proper furnish and basic facilities ?

Review 23：There was a smell of smoke first day. It's supposed to be a smoking-free apartment.They did not know about my reservation/ I was lucky that somebody was in the office, as their office closes at 15.00. The number on the apartment door is hard to find.

Review 24：Great location, 5 min. walk to the center. Make sure you receive an sms from them with the code for the lock in advance.

Review 25：- it is a kind of roulette formula. You book at one address, but than at the check-in they send you a message with the real address. Our apartment was 1.5 km from the reception and in oulu, at 10pm, with 3 bags and a snow storm is not that easy - the rule of the house includes to clean dishes and throw the rubbish. That's ok, but they should check what the previous customer leave. When we arrived there was stink dish smell and everything was quite dirty - bed not dprepared, bedsheets on the bed

We exlain youtoday in the email...of course I had to call them in the evening so whatfor??? No real interest to please client...they told they did it bymistake and send later, so lets see...

Review 52：All "like" was ruined by incredible long and difficult check-in. You have to discuss everything before you come. I arrived to the adress and found residence house without any note or info. On the phone was autoanswer. Finally i got instruction, but my appartment was in other street. No map, no gps. Thankfully I met very kind local woman and she escorted me. It was not far - less then km, but without map it's impossible to find. Another quest - how to find the key in the key-locker on the dark and slippery stairs. And because of cold, this key-locker didn't work. Finally i got the key, but it was from other appartment. And i had to wait the owner. Totally i spent about 2 hours to checkin. In february in Finland it wasn't nice at all.

Review 54：There was old blood in the bathroom wall. In the bigger apartment was too hot + 28celsius. It was difficult to sleep. Smaller apartent was very basic and bathroom was just average. Probably last time for me to visit!

Review 60：The office address was hard to find with no sign whatsoever. I had to call to find out where it was located after I was on the street. When I arrived everything was locked so I called again and was told my key was in a lock box hanging on the outside stairway. With some difficulty I opened the lock box from the code I was given on the phone. The key had another address which turned out to be over a half km away. When I arrived at the address of the apartment the key would not open the building door. I called back again and was then told that a magnet on the key ring would open the door. He could have told me this on the first phone call. Instead of me standing in the cold and wind trying to get the door open and having to call him back again. Once I finally arrived inside my apartment there were no pillow cases on the pillows or in the closet. There was not dish soap to wash dishes and no soap or shampoo in the bathroom. I had to hunt for the wi-fi password.

Review 62：The address is different. They have moved in different place.Booking.com should ask them to update. You need to collect the keys fromanother place (their office). Why can't the put the key lockers infront of the room.

Review 63：It's a nice flat despite it's away from the city center I.E. theaddress they have claimed in booking.com.I got the information from my friend before I reach there, although it was a huge problem for my friend who has been there one day ahead of me with more luggage. It was a good learning experience. Perhaps, Homes is good for longer stay but will not recommend for shorter one.

Review 66：The apartment was really dirty. We paid for internet for 5 days and we did not get any WIFI connection, neither any indication to access to it.

There was garbage on the balcony. There was no pepper. The toaster was broken. There were no curtains for the shower. One of the cups was broken,...
