Review 51:Smelly bathroom because of sewer system. Very thin sheets, could see words on my mattress.

Review 52:Big room. Close to bus station.

Review 53:a hotel just to sleep, but with everything you need (clean room, comfotable bed, ac and wifi).

Review 54:- extra thin walls - beach is 20 min by bus

Review 55:- next to the fish market, nice experience

Review 56:Wifi, tv, some outlets didn't work, somewhat awkward shower setup

Review 57:Clean, nice-sized room

Review 58:Ana

Review 59:- Staff speaking only Spanish - Thin walls (very disturbing if you have loud neighbors like we did)

Review 60:- Close to the port - Tidy rooms

Review 61:Regular ferry for Tangier is from Tarifa

Review 62:Great location to explore the town and to get to bus stops. Cool fruit and veg market right outside the doors. Rustic but worth it.

Review 63:Coldness of the room. Air-conditioner was working, but somehow the room did not get warm enough.

Review 64:Location. Walking distance from both Port & Station. Also the hostel is just in front of the market and that was very helpful for us as well.

Review 65:Not many dinner restaurants in area however lots of tapas and coffee places

Review 66:Friendly staff who went over and above. Great location near transportation and loved the market. Wifi worked and hot showers

Review 67:The walls are paper thin. No elevator. If you're placed on higher than the first floor, it's a haul.

Review 68:Great location close to the daily mercado, port, Plaza Alta. The cafe underneath the hostal is very convenient for breakfast. The water's always hot in the shower. Ask for a room away from the market that starts setting up very early.

Review 69:The small shower tub.

Review 70:The hotel is located at the market square. Every day except on Sunday there is a fruit and vegetable market. You can get everything you need either on the market or in the covered market.

Review 71:steep stairs

Review 72:Very convenient for the ferry. Friendly staff. Good value for money (clean inexpensive room - excellent for a short stopover pre/post ferry)

Review 73:A very pleasant hostel in Algeciras just 2 minutes from the ferry port and 20 minutes from Gibraltar. Clean tidy and excellent value for money. Located in the market square with no immediate vehicle access but secure multi story car parking within 50 yards. Note this is not open between 10 pm and 7am.

Review 74:Bear in mind that this is a budget hotel. Don't expect the Ritz.

Review 75:Amazing value for money. I intended the stop as a necessary stay for an early morning train (only a relatively short walk from the station and bus station) but I was surprised at the value for the price of the room. No breakfast but plenty of choice of cafes close by . The hotel is on the main market square of the city so plenty of buzz early morning.

Review 76:Reception opened 24 hours, kind and helpful staff. Perfect position iftravelling by ferry or bus. I would not suggest a long stay inAlgeciras, its an industrial city.. I went first For a trip to Ceuta andto rent a car the following day, the Second time to take a bus toSevilla that was very early in tue morning. The hotel is close to theport, the car rental (5minutes) and the bus station (15min). Perfect!androoms are so much cheaper than Tarifa

Review 77:The bed seemed too hard.

Review 78:It seems a good value for money and is on a good location. I actually checked out after one hour because I did not like the city and decided to go somewhere else so I cannot comment more but other than that everything seems fine.

Review 79:Coming from ferry from Morocco, it was an excellent location. A fewblocks walking from the port and about ten minutes walking to the busstation and train station for further travel in Spain. There were avariety of restaurants and parks in the immediate area. Wifi good.

Review 80:The rooms are very noisy so you can hear the neighbors talking. The Wi-Fi wasn't working very well in the hotel.

Review 81:The location of this hotel was perfect, exactly in the centre of the small city Algeciras. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean. The staff is friendly as well, they always try to help you but their English isn't that good.

Review 82:A little hard to find, not much in the immediate neighborhood. There is not much to recommend Algeciras overall.

Review 83:Friendly staff, great value, good wi-fi coverage

Review 84:Didn't have high expectations because this was a budgetaccommodation, but rooms looked a lot nicer in photos. Decor, beddingwas tired and cheap, and room was damp. Shower made the entire bathroomfloor wet. At times, gate to enter and leave hotel was locked withpadlock, not safe for exit in emergency.

Review 85:Good location in walking distance to ferry to Morocco.

Review 86:Great location for someone needing a place to stay before/after aferry ride to Morocco.I ended up staying a day in Algeciras because I forgot that Spain's time is an hour ahead of Morocco and I missed my bus to Lisbon. Algeciras is pleasant little town when you get a block or so back from the waterfront.
