Review 1：Marvellous ! Great hotel, good food, very friendly staff, perfectly situated at the foot of the ski slopes. Ski rental shop in 20 meters, skilift in 80m

Review 2：The bathroom sink water did not go down well. And the toilet water was not working well.

Review 3：The staff were very kind and the room were large, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious.

Review 4：Wifi needs to be sorted out - connection dropped every 5 minutes in the room, and not much better in the lounge, except for our last morning where it worked perfectly fine. It would be helpful to give guests some instructions on how to get from the train station to the hotel.

Review 5：Great location up on the ski hill. Very clean, large and modern rooms. Had an excellent view of the hill from our room. Ski equipment storage a nice touch. Staff in the bar very pleasant and friendly; enjoyed the breakfast and the morning staff service.

Review 6：Thin walls. Staff somewhat aloof but at least helpful. Red mold in bathroom but overall clean. Wifi didn't work. Hot tub not hot.

Review 15：The location was perfect! Everything was easy, ski hire located nxt to hotel, chair left v close, door to door ski ing! The staff in the bar and restaurant were very friendly but oddly the reception staff were rather cold! Food in the restaurant was v good and the children enjoyed the children's menu.

Review 20：Wireless connection is quite week in the rooms and quickly disconnects. Needs to be reconected again and again. SPA is quite expensive, but clean, cosy, has turkish bath, sauna, jacuzzi and a swimming pool. We visited SPA in another close by hotel. So HG La Molina SPA is much much better - clean, quite, not so crowded.

Review 21：Hotel is in very convenient location, close to the slopes. Which is very convenient with the kids. Clean, rather new, friendly and helpful staff. City center for more restaurants is just 5 minutes walk. Very nice stay in La Molina - all familly enjoyed it! :)

Review 22：Dinner was poor. Waited a long time to get served and food was average. No where else to eat in hotel and dinner did not start until 8 which was very late for our kids. There are some nice restaurants close by though.

The fact thet the bed was not "cama de matrimonio" but two seperate beds mooving apart every time you are moving in the middle, The fact that while we were sleeping the spa reception WAKE US UP in order for US to go down bring them back their towels(and believe me we are not eating towels) It is one of the things that definitely didn;t like. Also the menu for the dinner was anything special, very moderate and expensive without reason...

Review 38：We went in low sesson and the breakfast was very poor, served at the bar and there were no table to sit down for breakfast. Rooms are noisy, we heard at night the music from the bar in our room. Spa to be paid apart, children not always can get into the Spa.

Review 40：The walls are paper-thin: you can hear what is happening in the rooms next to yours as if you were in the same room. This is unacceptable for a 4 stars hotel. This is the main reason for my poor rating. Also there are no radiators in the rooms (not even in the bathrooms) which makes drying your ski clothes very difficult - strange for a hotel located at the bottom of the slopes. In addition there is no gym, which is pretty incredible for a 4 star hotel. You can see that thet are trying to cut all costs to an unacceptable point (poor construction, not enough staff at breakfast - the waiters are running like headless chicken to cope with the workload - they that very gracioulsy but management should recognise that they need more staff in the morning and better sound insulation).

Review 41：The hotel looks great (very modern, beautiful views of the mountains, large rooms) and is located 100m away from the ski lifts - which is very convenient. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It was our first time in la Molina and we will be back in this location.

Review 52：Staff from hotel has no information about around events. La Molina isvery pure place. There are no transport, only bus which goes from 9 A.M.to 6 P.M. So, it is the one way from railway station to hotel. So staffdidn't know something about time-table of buses. And this was ineverything! It is very bad for tourists. Also, when I booked hotel, Iwrote e-mail letter with questions, staff didn't ask. That's whyI didn't know, how to go in hotel from rail-way station. And ofcourse the prise of living is too high. For such a place, like La-Molina, it is very rich.

Review 54：Some things were below standard, even for 4 stars, for example the restaurant where you can only chose between 3 starters and 2 mains (change every day), or the SPA was not that relaxing as it was packed with screaming kids (although you pay 20€ to get in). Then again, this is the nicest hotel in the area so if you know what's expecting you, you can still have a very nice stay.

Family room was a good size and with two single beds for the kids was excellent. We stayed in the hotel in the evening for a meal and the quality was good, at a reasonable price, adn the kids choice was very good also.

Review 65：A nice hotel for a summer visit to the mountains, which in the winter is a ski centre location. The absence of the crowds was excellent and did mean that the hotel restaurant was very quiet although food quality, cost and service were all still excellent.

Review 66：we expected much more from a 4 star hotel. some of the staff were not friendly. not at all helpful with ski passes so we had to go back and forth for a while to finally get the discount card they could have just given us in the first place. the breakfast was not great. coffee was terrible (you could order and pay for real coffee)and if you wanted warm food (eggs, bacon, sausage), you had to wait in line for one poor staff to make them for the masses. 2 varieties of white bread the whole week except 1 day, when there was wheat too. nothing to do dishes with in the room so if you want to use them, you have to buy your own. spa was so expensive, i don't know how anyone can afford to take their families there. rooms were nowhere near sound proof. tiny windowless kid club area with (again) one poor staff no matter how many kids were there so we couldn't leave the youngest one, even though that was much of the reason we chose the hotel in the first place! forgot things at the hotel and the staff was "not available to make the long trip to the post office" so we had to pay for a courier service to pick it up at the hotel.

Review 70：The evening meal was below expectation. Whilst sensibly priced thequality and content was inconsistent and limited by choice. One eveningthere were 2 pork options and Salmon. The lamb shank was very good butthe entrecote was tough. It is for these reasons that unfortunately wewill not be returning for sometime. If the other resort restaurants hadof been open we would have dined elsewhere. No tea making facilities inthe room was another negative.
