Review 1：Some reception stuff looked grumpy, a bit dusty in some parts of the room, the safe didn't work and they didn't fix it, small and uncomfortable pillows.

Review 3：Staff very rude and found sleeping on our departure to get the 0700 ferry. Booked and paid for breakfast but due to early departure at 0630 could not provide a packed breakfast but would refused to refund us

Review 6：Nice modern hotel in a good location just outside the center of Algeciras and less than 10 min taxidrive from port and railway station. Several restaurants in the neighbourhood.
Review 7：Algeciras itself is a little down at heel and needs a lot of TLC. The hotel is quite some distance from the train station. We walked, but probably worth considering a taxi.
Review 8：From our limited observations of the rivals, this place was streets ahead of anything else in Algeciras. Modern, clean and handy for M-120 bus route to Gibraltar (La Linea) if that is the purpose of your visit….
Review 9：Modern neat and tidy. friendly and helpful staff gave us directions and a map to where we had to get bus to gibralter (2 euros) - much easier than staying at gibraltar
Review 10：Reluctant to offer parking until we showed paperwork. No safe had to bring one, didn't work had to get another. No mini bar apparently you have to order. Asked for another room with a safe but reception didn't know which rooms had a safe. No individual room control for aircon, whole hotel set at 21 degrees but our room was like a furnace. Eventually they adjusted it down. Room booked for 2 people but only 1 glass, had to go downstairs to get another. Passageway absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke. Breakfast very ordinary.

Review 12：We gave up on breakfast altogether. Poor quality and not enough variety. Some decent yogurts, a fresh fruit salad and boiled eggs would be a marked improvement.

Review 15：For those who got off from the bus or train station, better taking a taxi to this hotel. The street numbering in Algeciras is rather weird,at least for me. This hotel located at Avenida del carmen which is divided into 2 separates big road.All of the odds number are located along the avenida in front of the ports, while the even numbers are located on the other side of the road. So we end up dragging our selves along the even road numbers, and frustated since we couldn't find the hotel number (64). We end up found the hotel after 30-40min of walking and disorientated. but the hotel itself is good, they have all the basic, the cleaness and the comfort. The wifi is quite good.There's a lot of restaurant or mini cafe in front of the hotel. If you'd like to visit gibraltar, you just need a little 5 min walk to a bus stop, to catch a M 120 bus to La Linea de la conception, took you approx 30-45 minutes there depending on the traffic.

Review 33：- Wifi was not working - Air conditioning was not working despite the man in reception claiming otherwise - badly lit underground parking with great risk for car damages - ONE OF THE WORST HOTELS I'VE STAYED IN.
Review 34：The staff was extremely rude - our room was dirty - dirty sheets, hair all over the bathroom, dirty toilette, dust, crumbles on the night stand. When we asked the receptionist at least to change our sheets, she asked how did we find out that they were dirty. It takes ages to use the elevators. The WiFi is not actually working - you should get a cable (if your device still has a socket :-)). The parking smells terrible, there is almost no light. The only good thing with the location is that you can get out of the city very quickly. BUT this is not the location where the address is pointing out. There is a big discrepancy between the address in Booking.com and where the hotel actually is. In general the area is quite unsafe. When you check in, they make you sign a paper that they do not guarantee your belonging unless they are in the safety deposit box. But when you go in the room there isn't a safety deposit box - the only option you have is to hand over your belongings to the front desk. And even then you don't get any kind of receipt. There is no soundproofing - very noisy.

Review 42：Basically this hotel is ok to spend the night, Algeciras isn't the prettiest Spanish city but the hotel was good value for money, the staff was helpful and they spoke English. Stayed in first floor.

Review 45：Wifi is not working in the rooms. The airco switches off when you remove the key from inside the room, so when you are back after one long day excursion the room is super hot! Besides it blows mainly on ome side of the room, making it half cold and half hot. The underground garage was pretty dark and stinking...The street number is specified wrongly by Booking. I don't know if this is indeed not the Hotel fault. I would advice to change it because we got creazy before to reach the right spot...
