Review 1：Too many signs for "all inclusive guests only" not at all welcoming for s/c guests to use your on sight bars. Sunbeds reserved when its still dark! Not the resorts fault but very loud guests at all hours of the night.

Review 3：getting fleeced at the reception for more money and ending up with a smaller room than what I booked for .I thought the idea of booking in advance was to ensure you got what you wanted and a secure price .obviously not applicable at this hotel. I am now some 75.pounds out of pocket and not at all happy .further more the windows on the old place we were given were rotten and woke up in floods of water coming through the rotten wood and soaking my daughters and grandson suit cases that had too be on the through lack of space .I moved the sprinkler pipe away from the direction it was pointing in to solve the problem .all ok till our last night where the gardener put it back and flooded the suitcases just in time so we could take them home soaking wet .my daughter wants me to tell you apart from that the two boys had a great time here shame they don't do more to keep the grown ups happy.a bit like 1970 butlins with 2015 prices a real shame . can I have my 75 pound back please.

Review 4：Room had not been Aircon were unable to get a good sleep. Had to hire fans which we had to pay for. Room very dated and in bad state of repair. Beds and pillows were terrible. Food wasn't great

Review 10：No air conditioning, though they do hire out electric fans. The evening entertainment was quite poor though there were bouncy castles etc. continuing all through the evening for a few euros each.

Review 11：Our Three children aged 7, 3 and 3, played continually in the children's pool with the the water features. There is also a doctors surgery.

Review 12：The apartment was really hot and you needed to pay extra for fan and air conditioning. pull out bed kept rolling along the floor and had sharp edges having to pay 18 euros a week for wifi and couldn't always pick it up in room Not enough umbrellas as everyone was putting down towels very early in the morning and not returning for many hours - it was 39 degrees some days when we were there and needed some shade

Review 14：could never get a bed round main pool as towels were left on them overnight. Poor self catering facilities as no oven, no freezer and very little space to cook. was given 2nd floor apartment with 2 under 2 year olds needing pushchairs. evening entertainment poor

Review 16：Found the desk staff unfriendly which is a shame as i have been here many times a unfortunately wont be returning. What summed it up for me was when i handed my door card in to check out two members of staff at the desk didnt say a word !!! I was expecting a " hope you enjoyed your stay" or a "goodbye" anything would of been nice !! Very dissapointed and such a shame.

Review 17：Nice short stroll to the beach. Plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. Daily entertainment very good.

Review 18：If one doesn't have a car you are basically in no man's land. Paying for taxi's etc to get to the main town/beach everyday. There was no air conditioning in the rooms. No TV in apartment.The pool by day was overcrowded and noisy with people. Wouldn't recommend as a relaxing holiday.

Review 19：There is no air conditioning in the apartments and they are insanely hot so you will need to leave your window open to be able to sleep... and then you really can't sleep with all the noise from your neighbors who also happen to have windows open and spend a lot of late night time on the common areas trying to stay cool I guess... there was not even a fan in the apartment... but if you like to, you are welcome to rent it and pay extra for it, as well as pool or beach towels or air conditioning. The pool is always crowded and hard to get a sun bed unless you get up at 8 am and leave towel on one of them. They only clean your room M, W and F, and not very well... they will not change your sheets on the entire week. They will give one tiny courtesy soap for the entire week.. WIFI.. sure you can for it 18 euros to get it on your room, or you can use the public one on the reception area that does not work very well. In a nutshell not a very good place to spend your family vacation if what you are after is rest and relaxation...

Review 21：,I wouldn't go all inclusive in this hotel.. pizza and pasta buffet was just disgusting tasteless pasta and frozen pizza- tried once 12per person for self catering guests , not worth it,snacks not good either,chicken nuggets burgers chips ..1 bed apartments without air-conditioning-bad choice not possible to sleep..uncomfortable beds , found cocrouches at night .. didn't like a smell of the apt. No veg or fruit in the supermarkets on site

Review 22：We loved the swimming pool,our 1,5 year old loved all the slides and splashing water in little water park. A lot of enterteintment during the day and night show everyday, kids club , crechytè , playgroung .ovyverall we loved the hotel couldn't find a better place for our child for this money.. location is great very quiet but everything is on site ., shops doctor..

Review 23：No air conditioning so sleeping conditions were not great specially that sleeping with open window was not an option due to mosquitos invasion.

Review 25：the night time entertainment was not of my choice. It was too loud to let very young children get to sleep, our apartment backed on to the entertainment area, so the children had to stay up until the end. By the end of our stay,7 days, the youngest aged 3 and 5 were exhausted. It would have been good to have a choice of where our apartment was, but I understand that was probably about when we booked and we may have been too late to choose. Access to the pool was tricky through the sun beds.

Review 26：It was good for young children. My Grandchildren had a great time. We bought some meals on site and I thought they were very good value and of good quality and choice. They staff were all very helpful and polite at all times. The facilities around the whole site were very good, clean and well maintained.

Review 27：Evening adult entertainment requires a major overhaul - there is only so many times you can endure flying fish and monotonous variations of the same entertainment team dressed in different outfits singing badly. On the upside the kids still enjoy the party games / dances.

Review 28：The kids love it, what you see is what you get. Good value for money, clean and seems to be improving with the way it's being run. Pool very clean and safe. Apartments basic but hey it is what it is - will be going back again until the kids become more refined :-)

Review 30：Impossible to get a sunbed, was very crowded at the pool which is normal for such a big hotel. No aircondition. Far away from the beach. Good we had a car, so were going to Cala Milor instead. Very old and poor kitchen appliances, card for the door wasn't working well.

Review 57：The resort was well equipped, well run and comfortable. The restaurants all did takeaway service for self catering which was very good. The pool was large and well maintained. The train to the town was great. Overall for the price we paid it was a great holiday.

Review 58：We were self catering but the resort was mostly all inclusive so the bar was only equipt for them , free train to transport you to the town but not after 6 o'clock so after dinner and a drink or two it's a long Lonely walk back or 5€ taxi

Review 62：The poolside was filthy cups and empty wrappers everywhere the poolside near bar area smelled foul everyday not just on occasion there was no staff if you wanted to buy a drink ( we were self catering ) the noise from 7 am was so bad everything from furniture above scraping across floor to people shouting there was something everyday it was a disgrace I am by no way fussy I live in a council estate but the standards of cleanliness etc were awful would not go back or recommend it !

Review 64：Our apartment (furniture, windows, etc.) need to be renovated. There was often garbage in the garden and even in the pool. Noisy Spar shop under our window at late night. No usable free wifi. The fridge in our apartment always congealed our foods at any settings.

Here it is pure slop and the drinksare watered down - disgusting! Too busy around the pool - literallypacked in like sardines.

Review 74：Sheets only changed after a week quilt on the beds not changed afterprevious clients (had to complain as our s were filthy and they onlygave us one clean one ) table was broken and had splinters stickin outof it,had to complain but I will say complaints were dealt withpromptly. We had to be evacuated on our last nite @ 130 am due to a firein the laundry there was no staff around the complex to tell anyonewhere to go or what was happening people were terrified as we were toldby other people that their was gas and chemical can s in there and wereabout to explode.. We made our way to reception as did about 200 othersand had to wait there till 4 am untill firebrigade gave the all clearreception staff were no help as they did not seem to have a clue as towhat was hapening. We recieved no explanation the next day and we had tobe out of our room @ 11 and were told that we could not keep the apt forthe day as it was booked from 1 am even tho I was willing to pay the 25euro charge for it ..

Review 76：You could nearly hear everything in the apartments around you. Sound proofing is pretty non-existant.

Review 77：We loved how family orientated it is. The staff and especially the entertainment crew were brillant. Our apartment was clean with fresh towels every second day. The various pools were fab, loads of sun beds available all the time.

Review 78：Noisy, especially any rooms near the Big Top. Like many Spanish hotels,rooms all tiled, so lots of walking/chair moving noise from aboveand sides. Reception very helpful in accommodating room changes wherepossible though.Rooms could be smoky if previous occupants were smokers, which was unpleasant. Demographic seemed very high proportion of smokers.

Review 79：Helpful staff. Good kids club. Very very basic - think camping butinside! - but fine for a family holiday with the pools and beach a free'train' ride away. Sa Coma has a nice beach, lovely boat rides,but nothing pretty about the resort.
