Review 1：The member of staff on reception duty when we arrived at about 9.30pm on Wednesday 30th September was absolutely charming. When he saw that we were tired and not very fluent in Spanish he immediately switched to speaking our language which helped put us at ease.

Review 4：Is so sad they didn't admit pets allowed not at the rooms and not at the parquing. We travel with 2 dogs in their cages and we would like to let them at the parking inside the car and we can't . Will let the car outside :-( very sad with this

Review 7：You have to pay 27E a day for the use of the kitchen which had nothing in it (including no running water). But with great Tapas in town, and two restaurants on site who needs a kitchen anyway!!
Review 8：The whole building is bright and new and set in an up market area of Vitoria. It is a 25 minute walk down a purpose built tree lined pedestrianised area to the old town. The rooms are bright and airy and ultra modern! Great free superfast WiFi everywhere!! Silence at night!!
Review 9：We put the Do Not Disturb sign on the door when we went to breakfast & when we got back to the room, the maid's manager (?) was standing in the room, with the maids hovering outside, as if they were about to go in. Did not understand what happened & since neither my husband or I speak Spanish, there was no chance to discuss - but did not like!

Review 20：Use of the kitchen of 40. Why have a kitchen if you can't use it without a fee? No replenishment of coffee/tea during our entire stay. Cups, glasses were never washed. We were expected to clean them ourselves but there was no soap, etc. (without the 40 euro fee) only one towel supplied the last day of our stay. Breakfast for 10 euro was expensive for the variety of food. Laundry was very expensive (11 euros for a pair of pants)

Review 25：Efficient, friendly staff. Our stay coincided with a New Year'sevent with 1500 people attending. We were given an alternative room forthe night and were not disturbed at all. The security was wellcontrolled that night with extra staff patrolling the corridors. A wellrun establishment with comfortable accommodation.
