Review 1：I did liked the restaurant the food whose five stars a very good value For money the bead room very space And confort A very good hotel in the centre of the tawn.

Review 20：The initial room sadly smelt of smoke, considering a no smoking policy, quite odd. We were given another room, smaller and not as big as the twin room as requested and not as nice. The evening menu was limited, well presented for artistic style very nouveau riche, but expensive for the amount on the plate. The staff seemed stretched and not as attentive as would like for an evening enjoyment. I guess should be stated as an business person's venue only.

Review 30：I liked to have the possibly to be able to park the car in the underground garage. But you need to be an experienced driver. I was OK but I saw along the walls all colours of previous drivers. There are many levels and I had to go down to the lowest level. The spots are 10cm wider than your car (I had an Audi A6) not sure a Q7 would fit. but you can park outside in the streets if you find a spot.

Review 31：We liked the room which was nice and modern and quiet. We liked the facilities all in all and the very central location in the city. The hotel is right in the centre walking distance to almost everything.

Review 32：Found the room was Style over Function i.e. The room lighting was too dim. The modern bathroom square sink did not hold water and the corners were not clean and would be difficult to clean. The bath was flimsy and felt like it might split under foot

Review 43：Not the hotels fault but, be aware Garmin doesn't have this hotel in the latest 2015 maps. You have to locate with Google and make your own waypoint on the sat nav. Other than that you should try this hotel.

Review 53：We stayed at Gran Teatro as a stop over a couple of weeks earlier, and although we had planned a different route back, we decided to stay in Burgos again - no doubt that we would chose Gran Teatro again. We are in the process of moving to south east Spain and will definitely use Gran Teatro as our overnight stop hotel on the drives down and back.

Review 54：Couldn't fault a single thing, from check in to check out. Superb staff in all areas, room was very clean and very very comfortable. We unknowingly stayed on Three Kings Eve (5th January), the whole of Burgos was heaving so we ended up ordering room service - the food was absolutely fantastic and service was friendly and quick.

Review 61：Although the cleaning lady was beyond nice, I do have to point out the bathroom was not very clean. Some hairs in bathtub and on the bathroom walls. Another thing is that although the hotel wasn't noisy, they start cleaning rooms pretty early, and I have never experience such noice when cleaning nearby rooms. It woke me up, and I am not an early bird

Review 62：This hotel is conveniently located, rooms are spacious, bathrooms too. Room service is pretty good; actually the restaurant is very good too (and I usually don't eat at hotel restaurants, but one day it was so cold I actually had to). Almost perfect experience. Some people complain about poor lighting in those rooms that face inside, but for me it was a non issue. I rather sleep in a dark room. You can always request an exterior room. Only negative point below.

Review 63：The fact that there was an outer door to both the rooms which meant that although the rooms had excellent sound proofing between rooms this was spoilt by the noise of the communal door opening & shutting by an inconsiderate person /JUST NOT GOOD ENOUGH FOR ANYTHING BUT FAMILY OR FRIENDS

Review 67：The room I was offered was placed above the hotels ball room hoisting a very noisy party going on until 5 in the morning. Moreover the room was a smokers room. The restaurant was closed when I came for food at 20:30 - and not open for breakfast until 08:00. The staff was ignorant and arrogant - both the crew at duty on my arrival arrival and my check-out. I have stayed at thousands of hotels all over EU and US. All-in-all this experience is probably the worst I have ever had.

Review 69：Clearly more for bussiness than tourism. They didn't have a map at the reception desk. But just go outside, take a look and you'll find the turrets of the cathedral. Just head there. The room was dark since it overlooked an atrium, but I knew about this at the time of booking. I was there for one night, so it was fine. The parking is a bit of a nightmare, even if it's just there. Small and uncomfortable, took anyone a fair amount of time to park (except one genius who got his SUV parked in two movements) . If people are fighting to get their cars parked in the first floor, just drive on, if you can, there are three tiny floors where you can park, and surely, in the last one you'll find a nice wide spot.

Review 70：Location. Very very very modern hotel. The room was big and comfortable. The bathroom was huge. Easy to find. Parking in the hotel.

Review 71：The restaurant was closed on the Sunday evening of our arrival and no one advised us that this was the case. We were told we could have a snack from the cafe... after 7 hours driving not really suitable. The seal around the shower did not work so there was water all over the floor. The plug did not fit in the bathroom sink. The second power point under the sesk was faulty so no light if the laptop was plugged in. The lighting in any case is inadequate... too dark. The corners of the modern style bed are dangerous... especially in the dark!!!. The WIFI is free but is the worst we encountered on our trip, including really remote locations in the mountains. There is no duty manager to complain to until 9h00 in the morning which is not really practical if leaving at 8h30. The receptionist promises that the manager will email but no email arrives.
