Review 1：Bathroom with no shower/bath curtain. Water runs everywhere.

Review 2：Service, close by two beaches... Turn left out of the hotel front entrance, best beach is 5 minutes walk. Bedroom clean and comfortable.

Review 3：Toilet in the room will need a total refurbishment, quit dirty old , broken tiles etc. I'm not fussy but as a 4 * hotel that's was out of order. Door lock broken - I went out in the morning when I come back after few hour's cliners left my room wide open becouse lock was freez and they couldn't close the door, so that left my room open for few hours. Lucky nothing gone.

Review 5：- You have to pay for any kind of drinks at dinner (it wasn't mentioned anywhere) - We were there for 1 week and there wasn't any entertainment program which was organised by hotel.

Review 7：Had to upgrade to seaview room so as not to be looking straight into the hotel bedroom opposite (very close).

Review 8：Fantastic view from the full seaview room at front of hotel (think I had the best room in the hotel!). Very friendly helpful staff. Great breakfasts and dinners.

Review 13：When we arrived we were told there was a problem. The hotel had emailedus a few days before arrival to advise that they hadn't got a roomfor us and had changed us to a hotel on the other side of the island inCala Major on the west side of Palma near to where we had spent a weekand had just driven from !!!!! We were also going to Palma for 3nightsafter a 3night stay at this hotel.We hadn't checked emails whileaway as we don't use iphone,ipad etc so hadn't seen the emailthey sent to us. When we arrived at the hotel they told us they had aproblem and wanted us to move, initially, to near Palma,and then offeredus another hotel nearby. As we had booked the hotel many months ago andhad chosen carefully, we refused to move and they eventually gave us aside-sea view room for the 3days we had initially booked. This behaviouris not acceptable and I wonder if you are aware that the hotel is doingthis. Maybe it was because the hotel was predominantly full of Germanholidaymakers or the fact that we had only reserved three nights -either way this is not acceptable. We also didn't like the fact thatmost of the sunbeds were being reserved for most of the day regardlessof whether people were using them !!!! As an agent for the hotel, thisproblem needs to be sorted out with them in order that it doesn'thappen to other people in the future.

Review 14：Position of hotel overlooking beach. Evening meal was excellent with areally varied well cooked choice. Staff were very friendly.

Review 15：The hotel in general was really nice, with a nice clean room, good service and food.Its location is excellent, right on the seaside between two beaches, both of which are in walking distance.

Review 17：The hotel provides an excellent buffet that change every night so younever get bored. I definitely enjoyed eating there every single day.Since we weren’t lucky enough to get sunny days we didn’t get toenjoy the beautiful outside pool but we did enjoy a lot the insideheated pool.
