Review 1：The food both at night and for breakfast was dreadful everything was ice cold :( Also at reception there were numerous vases of flowers which were dead looked awful .

Review 3：The Dining area was very busy and the food stations could be sited better. Or train the staff to steer the guests in a orderly safe way around the dining room. Or perhaps suggest stagger meal times an early/late would be more satisfactory way to improve the service.

Review 15：The staff at this hotel have little or no English but that wasn't a problem wants the knew we had no Spanish they translated the menus to English for us every body was so kind and helpful the hotel is in a lovely quiet area so don't go there if your looking for loud music and bars

Review 16：We landed at 1am and there was no food, not even a bag of crisps, or a cup of tra or coffee. We had been travelling all day and needed something. Very disappointing no tea making facilities in the rooms. Coffee machines in dining area wasnt very nice and often luke warm. Had a good weekend though pools helped make up for it

Review 18：There were a lot of young children and indeed there are a lot of facilities for young children and therefore I can see the attraction. However, we had teenagers with us and there is limited things for them in the hotel although they were happy enjoying the pool. Could do with a more grown up bar for people without young children. Food is very good although sometimes served cold and there is a coffee machine at morning breakfast which I am not sure is in keeping with the hotel style.

Review 19：The rooms are very comfortable and facilities are very well maintained. Beautiful pool with loungers, you are not allowed to "save" sunbeds and somebody checks this in the morning. Good gym and indoor pool. Good choice of food. Hotel is very close to the beach, bars and restaurants. This is a very Spanish area.

Review 20：The food in the hotel is ok but nothing to write home about. The restaurants nearby are plenty (even on foot) and great if you love fish and seafood.

Review 21：The pools and gardens are very beautiful with a tropical feel. The rooms incl. bathrooms are big and pleasant and the staff very friendly and helpful. The beach is stunning and you can 'pasear' forever.

Review 22：The mass breakfast and diningroom (and food) are not the standard for culinairy Spain. Althoug nearby there are very nice restaurants (which cater for a fraction of the price) with excellent food! During the day are the public restrooms very often used. Unfortunately they are not cleaned (or not enough) more than daily at the high season so we better escaped to our own room. Wifi should be free and working (strange that the smaller hotels and B&B offer free WiFi, but the lager ones failed)

Review 23：hotel is very nice located on the beach (costa de luz) and has 5 very nice and exellent pools. The rooms (we had a junior suite with see view) are very spacious and clean. Beds are perfect and comfortable even the extra ones for the children. Enough sunbeds around the pool and stuff of people who are just 'claiming' a bed but who does not use it are removed (great, not getting up at 6 in the morning for a sun bed!!!) Here you have a great holiday with all facilities and without the tourist traps of the costa del Sol.

Review 24：We were staying in a suite. The rooms were Spacious and with beautiful views to the ocean and the swimming pool but the bathtub had some black mold on that was never cleaned, though I must admit I never informed the hotel about it. The rest of the room looked very cleaned though.

Review 39：The bar that is next to the pool was not open and when we asked, we wereinformed that it would open only on week-ends and everyday in thesummer. Strangely this was never mentioned anywhere on their site nor inthe information provided by booking.com.Strangely for a family hotel, the bars would not provide soup. Which we wanted for our young 4 yr old son. The option was going for a complete buffet!! We complanied about this by emal and in less than 24 hours,in our next visit to the buffet hall, we were told that we could request a soup in any bar that they would provide it without hassle. the juices that were provided in the buffet bar were really terrible. They seemed to be pure concentrate with little water added, which made it taste really terrible
