Review 1：The room was extremely noisy. The beds and pillows were very bad. One of the sheets had a bloodstain in it. The room was very warm and there was no airconditioner.

Review 3：Wi fi was terrible in room 201, only worked off and on. And when it did work it was only useful for small duty tasks (not for Skype etc). Washing machine good but a rack to hang clothes would be useful

Review 5：The city is a nightmare to navigate. Signage to the apartments are non existent and maps are confusing due to the grid pattern. Parking is difficult - every evening was a struggle to find somewhere nearby. The nearby shopping mall is half closed, but the go-kart track is epic

Review 6：The apartment is excellent value for money and on arrival the owner gave us a complimentary bottle of wine and free upgrade to a larger room. We were self catering and there is a supermarket 20 metre away and a bakery opposite.

Review 7：Bathroom had some mouldy spots at the usual areas, around the tiles etc. not too shocking, but cheap to have it addressed.

Review 9：The wifi was spotty but this wasn't the hotel's fault... I guessit is the area. If you have a laptop you can get a cable at thereception.A little bit on the outskirts of Vitoria but easy access to highway. Relatively clean... did notice some hairs that weren't mine on the bed. Could have used a good lint roll... oh well!

Review 10：The apartment was very large and beautifully decorated! Was great thatit was the same price for a 2 bedroom as it is for a one bedroom.The kitchen facilities were pretty good but things to take note of: OVEN- It turns off by itself... turn the round switch to the "0" and don't be alarmed if it takes awhile to cool off. LAUNDRY- Okay some issues here... Check the pull out drawer on top left for settings. Be aware that a wash cycle takes 1 hour and 20 minutes... START YOUR LAUNDRY EARLY! In terms of the DRYER... be aware that it doesn't dry very well... Took about 2 hours to dry a few items of clothing... again START EARLY! It also helped to take the laundry out and "fluff" it. We also utilized the towel rack in the bathroom. PARKING- was easy although a bit pricy. Be careful coming down the ramp... it is narrow and two way. I liked the community feel around the apartment!
