Review 1：Nice to have a sauna, but it's too small.

Review 2：Very nice hotel in the city center. Restaurant is pretty good, but you can always walk 5 minutes to a choice of good restaurants.

Review 3：Litter bin not empty at arrival. Had to call staff for open up safe in room. Couldn´t open windows for fresh air. (Which seems typical for Finnish hotels in general.)

Review 5：The level of the floor of the shower is not slanted so that what results is water all over the bathroom floor. Also we would absolutely prefer non breakable glasses in the bathroom. We dropped a glass and it was "hell" cleaning up the shattered glass.

Review 9：Nicely situated a short walk from the waterfront. It's about a 20 minute walk from the railway station but is easy to find. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooms were of a high standard. The hotel restaurant was good value. Excellent buffet breakfast.

Review 10：The only complaint I have is that the hotel charged me more than I was expecting. Booking.com quoted me a 377 euro charge for the four nights booked, but the hotel charged me somewhat more than 400 euros. When I showed the booking.com reservation to the hotel check out clerk, she replied that it did not take into account the fact that we had a different rate over a weekend. But that did not make sense to me because I had booked the room with booking.com with those exact days that I stayed at the hotel. While I paid the extra charge, I was not happy with paying more than I thought I should have paid.

Review 11：Because it was summer when I stayed there and the sun never really set, I liked the heavy, dark shades on the hotel room's windows. This made it easier to sleep. I also liked the breakfast buffet (good selection of quality food) and the fitness center (nice set of weights and other exercise equipment). The location is excellent and right near the city center and all major sights in the city were walkable to the hotel.

Review 12：The staff were a little unfriendly and it felt like they were forced to give the customers even a hint of smile... The breakfast buffet was greasy, which gave a cheap expression.

Review 13：The hotel, and especially the room were clean and tidy, and in good condition, eventhough they were making some kind of renovation at the time. The location was almost perfect!
