Review 1：The hotel is very dated and in great need of renovations.Our room was very cold, as they didn't think to turn on the heat before we arrived. They were kind enough to bring us 2 space heaters but it took about 4 hours to actually heat the room. (we visited in late September) This is by NO means an actual "fancy or luxury castle" it is definitely a family and kid oriented hotel/chateau type of inn!

Review 2：The staff was very polite and friendly. The breakfast was excellent, with lots of selection.

Review 3：The rooms had poor furnishings and were pretty uncomfortable. I complained about the standard and got a better room but there isn't even a sofa to watch TV on - two rickety plastic chairs instead. The whole place could do with a make-over.
