Review 1：A small road between the hotel and the beach can sometimes be a bit annoying with its tourist buses and trucks. But all is quiet at night. The restaurant service lady Rosa was not very polite when we could not understand her Spanish. Some guests smoke on their balconies which can bother non-smoking guests. But these are really minor points.

Review 2：Very friendly and nice personnel. Thank you for a lovely room with a beautiful view for our honeymoon! When we had a small problem with our shower tab it was fixed in no time. Very good and delisious food. Close to the beach. We would stay at Marfil again!

Review 3：Having to pay for water at mealtimes. We asked for a jug of tap water but were told we could only have bottled water at €2.50 for 500cl. We were half board and could have had glasses of water if we had been all inclusive. The water was on a side table in a jug so as far as I could see all inclusive customers were getting tap water. The entertainment we watched was very amateurish and the hotel probably would have been better leaving it off, after 2 nights we gave up on it and played cards instead.

Review 4：The hotel was very clean, the staff helpful and friendly. We asked for an extra pillow, it was in our room within 15 minutes. The food was varied, good, hot and plentiful, I never had to wait for containers being refilled at mealtimes. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom clean. Towels were thick and plentiful. The hotel is close to the seafront and all the cafés and restaurants.

Review 7：Wifi is not available within rooms. This is nonsense in a connected world. Even though this is a vacation hotel, people need to be informed and connected permanently. Variety of fruit in breakfast was not especially good.

Review 8：We liked the location: we had a car and were able to explore both the Northesast and the East of Mallorca Island, its beaches and calas. Also, natural wonders like Drac's Caves, and villages of Manacor, Artà, etc. There are plenty of quiet tourists en this area, mainly families and midaged couples. No jams, no queues in roads. Palma is not far away either. Hotel is calm, international atmosphere. Close to the beach, to main commercial street. Very clean. Great view either to seaside or to mountainside. Parking is easy.

Review 9：Only 1 uk TV channel, alternated between sky news and BBC world news. Wifi only in public areas. Food and entertainment tailored for German market.

Review 11：- If you didn’t have all inclusive, but half pension (dinner + breakfast), you had to pay for every drink at dinner, including water. The alcohol is understandable, but the water should be included. - The buffet could have more Spanish dishes and Spanish spices. Paella was served twice, and had little to no taste at all.. - The speaker phone used by the pool to announce stuff and for the entertainment was too loud. You could hear it from far outside the hotel, and even though the music during the daytime had a comfortable volume, the music/entertainment at night (playing until 11.30pm-ish) was too loud and could be heard just the same though the closed balcony door. And when every message was given in four languages (Spanish, German, French and English), it was a bit too much. - The walls in the hotel room are a bit thin, so you could hear everything in the corridor and sometimes your neighbors when they were talking too loud. -Could have more channels in English, not only on German and Spanish. Not that we’re there to watch telly, but it would make us non-German feel welcome, too.

Review 12：- The buffet was amazing! It had a huge variety of dishes at breakfast and dinner (only lunch and dinner included in half pension). Most of the main course dishes were varied during the week, some reappearing later, but you could always find pasta Bolognese, grilled meat, fries, vegetarian, fish, etc. The side dishes (salads, potatoes, etc.) had a small variation, too. Every night they also have a “safe” dish if you’re not in an experimental mood, e.g. potatoes, pork chops, brown sauce and peas/carrot/cauliflower mix. All refilled all the time. - Air-condition everywhere in the hotel, so the eating hall was very comfortable, even at the busiest times. Very good in the hotel room, too. - The room had a refrigerator, even though it didn’t say so on the webpage. Very happy! - Very clean hotel. The room was cleaned thoroughly and the linen was changed every day. If you spilled something on your table cloth at dinner, it was changed before the next person used the table. - Excellent service! Out flight home was late at night, but we could keep our luggage in a storage room by the reception, and they said we could use the pool area as we wished even though we had checked out, at they offered us showers to use if we wanted, all free of charge. All waiters were always smiling and polite. -The entertainment was ok/good. Some night it was for children, and some nights for all ages. - Many activities for children arranged during the day, e.g. football tournaments and t-shirt painting. Announced by the pool after breakfast, so you couldn’t avoid hearing it.. -Lots of restaurants and shops/markets just outside the hotel where you could get everything you needed. The personell in the shops didn't throw themselves at you, and you could shop in your own pace. Comfortable. You could not hear the outside traffic in the hotel room. 2 min to walk to the beautiful beach. - Very good for a four star hotell (our first)!

Wifi free in the lobby and pool bar area. Room in 6th floor were cleaned well and we got also possibility to use free of charge pool towels you can exchange every 2days. (15 eur/deposit/returnable)

Review 38：- No lilos in the pool, personally I just like to float around the pool for a little while on a lilo- The in-house and professional entertainment. For a 4 start hotel I thought the entertainment was totally unsatisfactory and let the hotel down. - The fact that such a lovely hotel mostly caters for the German holiday maker, for instance we only had 2 news channels in English, the rest was in German. We would expect more English channels available in a 4 star hotel Apart from the above, the hotel was excellent.

Review 39：- The food was excellent- The pool was adequate and very clean - No towels left on sun beds is a great idea, it gives everyone a chance to get a lounger - All staff were great, especially the bar staff and reception, all very helpful and friendly - The cleanliness of the hotel - Restrictions on smoking - We liked almost all aspects that the hotel had to offer

Review 40：We booked a triple room and on arrival the third bed wasn't prepared - but that was sorted out by a very apologetic member of staff. The pool was cold - would have been nice to have it heated. Entertainment geared towards the elderly, but to be fair, they did make up the bulk of the guest. You had to pay to use the safe in your room. Only 2 euro a day, but seems a bit stingy.

Review 41：The hotel was spotlessly clean, with the rooms cleaned every day and fresh linen/towels provided. The staff were extremely friendly, especially the guys on the bar. The food was also of a very high quality, with lots of choice. We arrived late and they had prepared some food for us and generally the staff were very accomodating to our needs. There were virtually no children in the hotel, which suited us fine. We travelled in late Sept, so very easy to get a sunbed etc.

Review 47：This hotel has a wonderful staff, is away from the crazy party atmosphere of Palma, had a great outdoor pool and was very close to a wonderful beach. They provided many entertainment opportunities and went out of their way to make you comfortable. I would stay again.

Review 48：TV in room although only occasional use would have been nice to have Sky Sports or British Eurosport,and a couple of other English channels as predominantly European programmes. Entertainment ok for families with young children, also pool area quite cramped but upper terrace quiter and more spacious. Generrally very satisfied overall though.

Review 50：We only stayed for one night en route to elsewhere and for the price wepaid we didn't expect that much but were greatly surprised when thishotel turned out to be of a very high standard. We were on the topfloor (7) and were given a sea view (hadn't requested it) which wasfabulous. The food was excellent. Sa Coma is not the best resort butthis hotel is lovely.
