Review 1：The bathroom was in a poor state and needed repairs, walls, water system; l asked for a double bed and got two singles pushed together, and they kept parting and creating a gap. The hot buffet was always cold, no English TV channels

The hotel is huge but very very well run- not an easy task . Location is great - if you come to this hotel not expecting 5* standards but appreciate it fior what it does offer, you'll nit be disappointed
Review 8：The smell of paint was times a bit noticeable, Limited bars at certain times in the evenings, such as the the pool bar when there was not entertainment other than Bingo in the Forum room. I think that we should have been informed of the the work before we arrived as many of the facilities did not exist , such as Internet computers for guests to use.
Review 9：In-spite of the extensive work taking place the staff and general service were excellent, We were just a little early (a few weeks ) to enjoy many of the facilities such as the Foyer bar, and special restaurant for four star dining Clearly it will be super when the refurbishment has been completed, when we hope to return.
