Review 1：This is a new hotel and it was apparent the housekeeping operation isstill finding its best footing. One day my room was not made up andanother day, a towel was left on the bathroom floor. No big deal for me.At home, my personal housekeeping ain't so great either, but a hotelneeds to do better.

Review 11：Good location right next to the city center but just 150 mts away from the restaurant and bar area of Oulu (than can become a bit noisy at night, so this hotel it's at the perfect place unlike many other hotels). Good working wifi. Very very kind staff always at the reception.

Review 15：All the staff (reception, restaurant etc.) were very pleasant and professional. Room functional - what else would you expect from a Holiday Inn?! - but clean and comfortable.
Review 16：If you get a room to the inner courtyard you may here when they move the tables and chair early morning to prepare for breakfast.
Review 17：Holiday Inn Oulu is conveniently located close to the city center, but still not in the hassle of the city traffic. Just outside the hotel you can make a walk along the Oulu river to the market square. Good breakfast buffet with a good selection.
