Review 1：We had to deal with 3 different receptionists and we found them extremely rude. Hotel is full of old people ;)
Review 2：Hotel itself is OK, the reception staff unpleasant and quite rude.
Review 3：The waitress in the resturant of the hotel really made us annoyed. There were 3 different staff came to us to ask for the room numbers. One of them was so forgetful about room numbers although every time she wrote down the room numbers on a piece of paper. But she came to us SIX TIMES to ask the room number in a unfriendly way. It was like we are stealing food from their buffet. She also managed to count 6 person into 8 and made us worried about the final bill would over charge us. Have to say that the service in the canteen is really awful.
Review 4：The room is quite clean. The decoration is pretty new. The hotel is located at the centre of the small town and in walking distance to the lift.
Review 5：We were not happy that we could not park at the hotel. It was nice to have the shuttle service provided but it was a bit of an inconvenience with a small child.

Review 11：Clean hotel..good sized rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent value for money on a 'smart deal'. Very good breakfast. Complimentary evening drink.
Review 12：Pillows, recommend to take your own, foam filled and not comfortable. Shower very sensitive between Hot / Cold and fluctuated between the two even when finding the right spot.

Review 16：There are two buildings with rooms that make up this hotel. It's best to stick to the main building, the one with the bar (called the 'violet' building). The other one had a strange oder when we were there, and the rooms are not as nicely furnished as the main building.
