Review 1：No restaurants or cafes varieties. Only one supermarket with very expensive prices. Apartment was spacious and well equipped but not very clean. There was still some drilling and work getting done on buildings around. The sea view apartment doesn't have a great sea view because of a building being built in front of the balcony.

Review 19：the resort has a lot of constructions around it so the entrance of the resort doesnt look nice but when they finish all the stages it will be very beautiful The reception is a total mess they combined the hotel reception with the time share and only 2 counters were working out of 6 and it was very crowded and we waited for a whole hour before we can check in because u have to pick a number as if u r in a supermarket and sometimes we called them and they didnt answer

Review 20：the room was very clean and large they gave us like a junior sweet although we paid for a double room the view of rooms is perfect see both the pool and sea and the furniture is new,the staff if very helpful and food is great and the beach is very beautiful u can stand in the middle of the sea and has only ur legs wet totally loved it and definitely going to go back there again

We found the small café on the entrance to be serving much better food than the hotel ! Plus, the room service should be bringing forks and knives, and a plate rather than a box would be appreciated !

Review 41：I didn't like the fact that my room was near high voltage cables. This certainly could cause cancer. The children play area was very near the high voltage cables. Try to relocate it to a safer place. I also didn't like the food. It wasn't very delicious and didn't offer a big variety in the open buffet. I also didn't like the beach. In some areas there were a lot of stones and rocks that could hurt your feet while swimming.

He even gave a chance at the queue in case the selected number didnt hear his name and kept calling him. Also the parking man called Abdel Halim is very friendly and helpful.

I hope they would change it. I wonder why would they choose uniform confusingly similar to police and military uniform!!! That just gives the guest feeling that they are under surveillance rather than feeling that they are staff at your service!!! Really strange choice. - a staff member called me while I was in the sea (I m a lady) and asked in the microphone whether I was wearing a swimming suit or a dress!! this was very rude and embarrassing and annoyed me.

Review 47：very good room equipped with everything needed, kitchenette was nice and equipped (microwave, plates, few forks and spoons and knifes, a frying pan), mattress very comfortable, superior wide balcony (table and four chairs and clothes hanger), nice design for the whole place (I like Amer signature design anyway, its colorful and bright), good housekeeping, helpful staff (staff member guided us to the lobby bathroom and another one offered a seat while I was waiting for my daughter), Saudi market is very convenient and contains everything in moderate prices.

Review 52：The hotel is unready & unprepared for large no. of guests. Queue at the lobby was unbelievable, it took around 2 hours to check in - Luggage service was almost unavailable. The room especially the bathroom & the balcony were extremely dirty & dusty. Housekeeping response was very bad. Many items in the room were not available, you need to call the housekeeping many times to get it, and if you are lucky you may receive it on the same day.

Just to check in 2- no elevators to the rooms , I had to carry the baby stroller every time I go outside the room 3- no enough staff to serve gusts , I had to carry my bags for 300 meters by my self when I checked in and out as well 4- room smell is terrible 5- no enough pillows and when I asked room service for extra 1 they told me I have to pay extra money. Which is very strange! 6-I waited for 2 hrs to do check out to just hand them the room and towels cards. 7-no receipts given for any paid money.

Review 62：-No direct access to the beach, a car or the hotel's bus is a must (they send a bus every 30 minutes) -Not allowed to enter the beach before 9 am (even if you're not going to swim) ! -Not allowed to use the swimming pool after 6 pm - Watch out for the ship oil spills on the beach, the staff do their best to clean but there's a lot, you can ask the staff for something to remove it if stuck to your body - Lot's of flies, never leave the door open

Review 119：Too crowded. Time share holders are too many and from different classes that I am not sure that everyone would be comfortable around. We couldn't use the pool at all as people were nosey and and many used the pool with their cloths on. I paid 75 dollars a night while people around me paid 55 Egyptian pound a night. Wouldn't recommend for people who seek privacy or decent level of comfort wearing swimming suits.

Review 121：First off all I would like to notify that the nearest food outlet is 14 km on a terrible road that is extremely dangerous at night. Which forced us to think of calling the room service. The phone wasn't working however and there was no one in sight that offered any help. So I casually walked the 300m to the lobby to order some food to be delivered to the room. I ordered 2 burgers 2 club sandwiches and a pizza for me and my friends. Basically I'm almost certain the burger was not made from edable food. The club sandwich consisted of some rotten lettuce and tomatoes and the pizza tastes sour bread. I ended up paying 230 bites and suffering the next two days regretting that I ate there. It doesn't stop here as I found my car stuck in the sand and no one offered help until I told the security manager that it is there fault that they didn't pave the parking. Which took 1.5 hrs under the deserts sun

Review 123：Mr maher one of the managers there was v rude, he complained about our late check out although we had permission for it & said he would punish mr nagy for it which was so inappropriate of him . Also it's far about 15 km from the original porto which was inconvenient for goin out at night. Also it has a small kitchen but no utensils like forks or knives or spoons.

Review 124：The suite was do nice n comfortable, nice small kitchen. the hotel was nice too, not too big, shuttle bus to the beach every 15 minutes or so. Mr nagy in the reception was very nice.

The resort was not by the beach as described, you need to take a shuttle to reach the beach. The rooms are filthy, beds had bedbugs, bathrooms are disgusting, swimming pools are poluted and the list goes on.

Then they said that there is no booking with our name there and we go solve the problem with booking.com and that there is no empty rooms in the hotels and we have tl leave. Then after 5 hours of fighting and calling the tourist police they gave us a room and said that the problem wasn't from there side
