Review 1：The room was supposed to be for non smokers. It wasn't and we needed to sleep with open window. Hate the smell of cigarettes inside.

Review 3：It's a bit of a walk to get to downtown, but that also meant it was nice and quiet.

Review 9：I made a mistake choosing this location. The description says it is 5km from Gibraltar. It is, as the crow flies as it's position is just across the bay, so if you don't have a boat or can swim that far, it's a 15 km (or 35 eruro ) taxi ride.

Review 10：Just a few minutes walk from a beautiful beach, but a very long (20 - 30 minutes) and horrible walk by a dual carriageway into town. Staff were all very friendly and couldn't do more for you.

Review 11：Difficult to find. Too near the port area - smells etc. A long way from town and from the bus to Gibraltar. Was charged for car park but invited to park there without being told it was not free!

Review 15：During our two night stay all of the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The receptionist went out of her way to explain to us how we could catch the bus to La Linea for our visit to Gibraltar. Our room was exactly as booked and had a large patio with great views across the bay to Gibraltar. The house maid cleaned our room very well. The restaurant staff were also very helpful and we enjoyed chatting with them . The meal of the day was excellent value each evening.

Review 61：The air conditioning failed in one room and it was like an oven. The girl in the restaurant was at breakfast was so miserable I didn't bother with a second coffee or a tip for her. When we arrived on a Saturday lunchtime we were told the bar and restaurant weren't open that day at all. There was nowhere local to eat in the evening. This isn't good enough. If you book a hotel that says it has a bar and restaurant you expect it to be open. Wouldn't recommend to anybody and Booking.com should find out why amenities are not open.

Review 71：The service of the restaurant could be improved. We had chicken which was raw in the middle. After complaining it was cocked well but with some black (burned) stains on the surface. We ordered some bottles of beer and when they very opened the beer was sparkling like sparkling vine when you open it. The table became quite wet and the bottle empty!

Review 72：We stayed for a night going to visit Gibraltar after a nice day on the beach of costa de la luz. We recommend to use the hotel as an intermediate stay. View to the habour and the rock of Gibraltar was very nice. Accommodation was equipped very good. We liked the TV with many channels.

Review 74：Small portions of food, and the restaurant its over priced so eat in the cafe, you get somewhat the same stuff. A long distance from the town if you want to go in you have to take a taxi for €6.

Review 75：Its very close to the beach, we asked for a sea view which we got. The man on reception was very helpfull even though he didn't speak great english - he tried. Tasty food, fab toieterees you even get a razor and toothbrush. Lovely views and a good big balcony.

Review 79：If you will have a luck you will get a room with view of the beach and Gibraltar rock. Beach is just "few meters" from the hotel doors and it is very beautiful with plenty of shells. From the terrace and beach you will see a lot of parking ships and busy port.
