Review 1：Completely soul-less hotel. How this EVER got a 4 star rating is beyond us. We would have given it a 3 star at best. Wifi in rooms hopeless, no mini-bar, view grim!

Review 3：During the last night there was a loud fire-alarm. In the morning the receptionist couldn't give any additional information because she spoke only very little english. The coffee from the WMF coffeemachine was coffeewater and the orangejuice not fresh!

Review 6：Booked hotel with a restaurant for Sunday evening in August travelling back through France. On arrival advised restaurant closed for several days. We should have been notified in time to change our plans

Review 12：In booking we thought we had a double and adjacent room. On arrival they had got us a double and a double adjacent as they called it. So with 3 young children - 2 of whom sharing with one parent and one with the other we had to pay for a whole other room we didn't need. The staff's answer to this was you booked it so you pay for it. Not great service or the booking system is flawed...

Review 13：Only problem was that TV switched itself on at 4am!! Reported it to staff, and receptionist said not the first time... Suggest cleaners make it part of their room checklist.

Only upon entering the garage you need to drive careful/slowly in the turn, it was no issue for us. Exit and parking itself were easy.
