Review 1：The was renovation in progress, so plenty of noise to 'enjoy'. The regular room is closet-like. It's called a double, but you actually have to get the second bed out (use a pliable one) because the one it has is only good for 1 person. We upgraded to a superior double room, and that's what I'd call a 3-star hotel regular one. The tv features mainly Finnish-language channels, the radiators were barely warm.

Review 3：Clean, quiet, and comfortable, close to bus and rail, and a short walk to the city center or sea. The breakfast buffet is excellent! Also enjoyed the sauna! The staff are friendly and helpful. This is my second stay at the hotel and, like the first, the experience was very good (as a solo lady traveler).

Review 6：En ole pitkään aikaan yöpynyt Cumuluksessa, mutta olin yllättynyt miten "alempaa keskitasoa" hotelli on. Äänet kuuluvat huoneisiin selvästi. Pyhäpäivän ja lauantain aamuna nukkuminen jäi haaveeksi kun siivoojat jyskivät ja huusivat toisilleen huoneissa ja käytävällä (aamulla kahdeksan maissa). Aamiainen on tehty halvimmalla mahdollisella konseptilla mm. munakokkelin pohjalla lillui parin sentin nestekerros. Koko paketin hinta alkaa olla kipurajalla laatuunsa nähden.

Review 10：I have booked family room, but we got standard double room with 2 mattresses for children. Booking confirmation doesn't say about it nothing, so we were surprised that our children should sleep on the floor only on mattresses and no extra beds! For sure we did not get family room!

Review 40：Tv did not work. Kept sayng no signal. Luckily i did not have time watch tv. On the bottom shelf of the closet I found dirty men's pyjamas and socks. The key card took some getting used to.

I was put in the position of the applicant rather than, in my opinion, mandatory reporting on the following: - time and place of a prepaid breakfast - data for the Wi-Fi network. In the room and in the guest card, this information was not available. The same in russian: 1. Уборка в номере не тщательная (в углах мусор). 2. Почему-то ставят в положение просителя вместо, на мой взгляд, обязательного информирования о следующем: - время и место предоплаченного завтрака - данные для подключения Wi-Fi сети. В номере и в карточке гостя эта информация отсутствовала.

Review 56：We had booked a family room (2 kids). There were matresses in the room, but we had to make the beds by ourselves. This would be ok in a hostell, but not in a hotel. Breakfast was ok, but nothing special. We didn't check the sauna/pool area. Hopefully that is good, otherwise the hotel isn't competitive with the other hotels in Oulu.

Review 57：We have been in Cumulus Oulu twice. First time we booked standard double room. Everything was good except bed/ It was very narow. It was only 120sm wide. For twoo it is too uncomfortable. But as we were informed on this matter during booking in inet we did not complain. Second time we booked superior twin and surely it ws much better. We were absolutely happy with our room, beds and slippers. We advise for not very young couples not to book standard room.:))
