Review 1：The room and certain part of the hotel really could use a renovation. Old wardrobes and furnishing really tainted the overall good experience. Safe in the room should be complimentary and not on separate charge basis.

Review 2：Food was great, restaurants' staff were very competent and friendly. Location is really good for someone who likes awesome beaches and yet overly crowded place. Wifi works all the time without any issue.

Review 17：Rigid staff (we couldnt organize airport transfer because we asked 35 hours before and they needed 48 hours to process the request, etc), varied food but no taste, additional restaurants but working only on specific days, shows every evening but good if we were in 1970, 4 saunas but only 2 working, staff speaking to you in german even if you are not a german speaker...

Review 21：We were very excited because of holiday,but at the arrival we had to disappoint.They haven't provided us the sea view room what we paid for.The end of our vacation they were incorrect on the score of extra charges, because they deducted the double amount from my account and we had to pay for such things as we haven't got any information about before.

Review 23：Air conditioning needs to be cooler. The entrance to the hotel isn't very welcoming and is very stark. Could do with some drapes/ornaments/music. Hotel looks like an underground carpark with some paint on the walls inside, but clean. Very good service on leaving shame not so good during the rest of the stay.

The standard rooms are ugly and overlooking the parking lot, the hotel doesn't offer any beach bunches or sun umbrellas, my preferences at the reservation time were not taken into account.

( there was a wall with a few meters from the window!) however the staff recognized the problem and changed our room to a room with sea view without extra charge but we had to change places three times in our short stay to be able to keep a room with view . - This hotel is taken over by Germans and that has changed the ambience from a Spanish resort to a place where Germans sometimes push their way in front of you and talk German to you and expect everyone to undrestand ! All staff have to talk German and all announcments and signs in the hotel are in Germans . For sure, not what we were looking for coming all the way from Australia and wanting to experience Spain !

Review 55：We had an issue with the staff at the reception desk and were rather disappointed by the receptionist's attitude and lack of professionalism in dealing with the matter.

Review 56：The food really was outstanding - a different menu was offered each day with plenty variety. The restaurant is in a large, bright and modern room. The restaurant staff was also efficient, friendly and professional. The facilities are great - in particular, there's a large pool area on the rear side that is kept clean and is separated by a locked gate which is important to ensure safety. We enjoyed long, pleasant walks both to Cala Millor and Porto Cristo. Both towns are worth seeing and have more amenities than those in Sa Coma. We highly suggest this hotel!

Review 63：The stuff of the hotel was very nice, very quick. Food was very good, they have a good variety of different things. The Pizza in the pizzeria was very tasty, as well.

Instead of planed 3 nights we just stayed 1 and only because arrived at 8 pm and didn't have time and energy to look for the bew hotel. Croud of the people, beach is full completely. We ' ve been in Atlantis in Bshamas and Dubai and like a lot all the Jumeirah's hotels, which are also very big and have many guests.But Blue Mediterraneo doesnt have style at all. Even for internet you have to pay with the coins per every minitues. Only the compliment to the cleaning lady, she was perfect. Not enough parking, just search alone on the street. Very expensive, if you just want to sleep there and dont eat. Never again, sorry.
