Review 1：Hidden charges - 1.50 euro per day for a safety deposit box. They don't tell you about this until you turn up. Uncomfortable rooms - not a proper double bed, but two single beds stuck together instead. Dull location - few good local restaurants, and a long way from the local town. No room service - the staff kicked up a fuss when I asked for some ice to be brought to our room.

Night parties with loud music at the neighbour hotel (which isbelonging to the same owner - I.E. Grupotel) till 2 A.M. is not ok! Evenit is Ibiza, one should respect the right of others for a quiet night.Internet for extra costs does not really fit my 4* requirements. Some ofthe stuff are not really helpful and competent.
