Review 1：Our expectations of a five star hotel in Spain would include:- excellent evening entertainment, tea/coffee making facilities in the room and soft fluffy towels! These were not provided. The beds are enormous but on the hard side - so if you have hip problems (as many mature guest do) you might need to address this. Lights out on your terrace at 11 pm!

Review 2：We had very enjoyable 8 day stay starting late in September. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The pools were very clean as was the hotel generally. My dietary requirement for a gluten free diet was satisfied generally well but the serving chefs were not aware of all ingredients in the various dishes as they were prepared by other chefs who were not always available. If you are looking for a quiet and restful hotel near to the beach thus is the one. There are underground corridors from the main building to each of the room buildings - valuable during heavy rain and storms.

Review 6：Lovely quiet hotel, very relaxing and an oasis of calm in a rather down-at-heel resort. We are in our 30's and the other guests were mainly couples of all different ages so it's not the right place for a group of friends or big loud party. The food, staff and facilities were fantastic and we have no complaints. However, as others have noted, Sa Como is probably not to the taste of many people staying at the hotel but the (very nearby) beach and boardwalk are nice. We stayed for five nights in August.

Review 7：Poor breakfasts, absence of kettler/coffee machine in the room. Staff does not speak good English and they were very slow in meeting requests.

Review 9：To say this hotel is rated 5 star it does fall short in some key areas: The beds are rock hard and very uncomfortable, The entertainment was poor and only performed for the minimum amount of time possible, on one occasion I caught staff and the group all smoking in the bar when I challenged them I was told it was ok as there was air con this is clearly unacceptable in a hotel that is supposed to be '5 star' rated.

Review 16：Sa Coma is unfortunately tired and in need of a facelift, plus watch out for robbing taxi drivers, should only cost €80 from the airport, ours took a bit of a detour and it ended up costing €100!

Review 23：Indoor pool is dark and not as nice as it is on the picture onthe website.Room is not confortable enough for a 5 star hotel and the toilet did not function very well. Quality of breakfast is average and not what I expected for that category of hotel.

Review 25：Hotel is rather old for 5 stars and have not been renovated recently. I would say service and furniture is like for normal 4 stars max, it was 5 star hotel a long ago and price for rooms and food shall be reduced. Main issue with children - outside swimming pool is not warmed (was extremely cold in other words in early oct time) while inside one is smelting of chlorine a lot. Local restaurant is good as reg food but price is rather high.
