Review 1：beach is extremely unclean 1000 meters away from the hotel Martina is closed in Hotel clients faces, unclean, non professional staff, insects are everywhere I got photos.

Review 3：you can not go to the beach afer 7.00 , you can not use sweaming pool after 16.00. The area maritim does not belong to the hotel you can never use it in 2 works never again

Review 15：I didn't like the unfriendly unprofessional way which the hotel management deal with guests. For example you find threatening language everywhere in the hotel .. in case you lose your room key you will pay 100LE, in case you lose your pool towel card you pay 50LE, in case you leave your room few minutes after the checkout time you pay 50LE!

Review 41：I was charged for my kids 40 USD each per day,while I had clearly mentioned that I had 2 kids under 11 yrs while making the booking. Besides I was charged EGP 210 as charges for commission which was not a part of the deal. Bottom line I got cheated on this trip which I have experienced for the first time of my life while staying at a hotel. Overall bad expereince which I would never want to repeat again by booking a hotel through your site.

Review 43：no morning animation ,no kids playing area , no water in the supermarket and hotel sell it 4 times more the normal price , the double bed was small , no baby port was available , room floor was not clean at all , i found 2 inscets in the room , no boiler for having drinks in the room , nothing available in the room like sewing kit , laundray plastic bag or so , even the shampo and shower jel was not avaiable except when we asked for it ..

Review 45：- Rooms manger is very unprofessional, got me only one king size bed for parents and 2 6 yrs kids to sleep on. I had to fight and complain to get another bed. -Restaurant manager and stuff are very rude. Offered juice in dinner meal for free for Muslims while chargeable for Christians " Reason: Muslims are fasting Ramadan" - Restaurant very small to guests so you have to stay one hour in the queue to get your meal.

Review 49：The food is bad. My wife had a problem with her digestion and we had togo to the hospital the next day. The staff are really unprofessional,especially those in the restaurant. There is no electric water kettle inthe room or a small iron for clothes or even a single free bottle ofdrinking water, as if they want to force you to buy water from thehotel. Although I paid a big amount of money I felt that the hotelmanager is greedy and he wants more money through tea, water and thelaundry. I went to better hotels and they were cheaper and in betterplaces and better hospitality.

Review 50：The pool is very nice and clean. The Beach and the sea is clean andcalm. The Bathroom is very nice and clean and the shower place wasperfect and had lots of hot water. My room was in front of the pool andthat was very nice.
