Review 23：Very helpful staff. A very well organized and clean hotel. Good location, and reasonably priced. Even the karaoke bar (oldest in Finland) was entertaining rather than being tacky or disruptive and Johana and the bar staff did a great job in organizing the nightly party

Review 24：Internet kept turning off randomly so it was kind of annoying to keep reconnecting, although not a big deal. Elevator goes to the 4th floor but two staircases from the 4th to the 5th which was difficult with my heavy bags.

Coffee and tea available all day in restaurant downstairs. Overall I enjoyed my stay and wish I could have stayed more than one night.

Review 101：My shower leaked because the shower tray had lots of cracks in it, so the bathroom flooded every time I showered. I told the cleaners and reception yet nothing was done about it. My room was on the 5th floor and the lift only went up to the 4th floor which was fine most of the time. However it would have been nice if someone could have offered to help me with my suitcase and bags as I was on my own and my suitcase was really heavy.

I was a little handicapt with my broken ankle so the room was very good for me, not too big so it was easier for me to get to the shower, toalet etc, The breakfast was raelly nice and tasty. The girl Ulla working by breakfast buffet was very sweet anh helpful, by reception everybody was really good and kind. It was easy access to come in to hotel, which was important for me with my broken leg. In the afternoon it was coffee-tee-fruits etc. available in the brakfast restaurant. Really a nice hotel!

Review 104：Terrible noice from outside the whole night long. On the opposite side was a music bar, open until early hours, people standing and shouting outside. Small room made a claustrophobic feeling, one had wanted to open the window for getting more air. That was not possible because of the noice.
