Opened on 12 December 2012, this design hotel is 1.2 miles from Kappl and 2.5 miles from Ischgl amid the Tyrolean Alps. It offers a free shuttle service to Ischgl, free Wi-Fi, and a 750 m² spa area with an indoor pool. The spacious rooms overlook the mountains.

Review 1：Amazing atmosphere in the hotel - fancy design, charming music on the background and fantastic smell in all the facilities, even in the shuttle taxi! Extremely helpful and welcoming staff, friendly owner who is always around, great SPA, powerful massage, gym with top equipment, perfectly working shuttle taxi to Ischgl for the hotel guests, and a lot of beautiful people in the hotel! My partner had birthday and he received from the hotel a delicious cake, a bottle of Moet Chandon and a postcard signed by the hotel employees. This was very touching and impressive! Both restaurants belonging to Zhero: Saint in the hotel itself and Lucy Wang in Ischgl village were excellent! Our stay was magical and we are very grateful for the management and all personnel of the Zhero Hotel who made it possible! Next time we will probably try Zhero Hotel in Mallorca :)

Review 2：1. Parking issues... Outside parking isn't an option so u are forced to park and pay. Getting the car is always an issue. Irritating 2. Ski room isn't accessible!!! It was locked and u need someone to open it. 3. Old vibes. Great unused facilities. Pitty. Prefer a younger environment

Review 8：but mostly fails. The rooms are very dark, with odd lighting. The restaurant serves almost only steak and is expensive. Breakfast is ho-hum. The bar area is used as smoking area and not closed off towards the restaurant. Music in the bar and restaurant was a bit too loud and pretentious. Service is certainly not always worthy of five stars (but mostly good).

Review 10：The suite had all facilities for cooking but no cutlery, nor even enough glasses for everyone. The ski room is a little small and the pool is often full of screaming children. They could have some quiet hours for adults only. As is usual in Austria, smoking is still allowed in the bar area which is not great.

Review 11：We have stayed in this hotel before and loved it so planned another ski weekend. The staff are super friendly and we loved the Coco suite with it's private fireplace and terrace. The hotel is very stylish and luxurious although a year later it was showing signs of needing some maintenance. The bar and restaurant are excellent and the restaurant was also very good. Breakfast is great. The shuttle bus is a good service and they have improved the offering this year. Eat at Lucy Wang's; great sushi in the alps, who knew!

Review 12：Parking costs were not mentioned! All tv channels with al jazeera andall russian chanels, but no swiss chanels! Very poor. No help from thereception staff.

Review 13：While the hotel offers a free shuttle into Ischgl, I would much rather stay right in Ischgl where all the action is. Also, there is construction taking place all around the hotel so it's a little noisy. There is basically nothing in Kappl, only this hotel.

Review 14：The staff were nice and the room was nice and quite comfortable. I didn't try the food. The WiFi was reliable and accessible in pretty much all areas of the hotel.

It is not a pleasant surprise to be informed at the check-in of the additional cost. Also, be aware that the ski pass is more expensive if you are not logged in Ischgl. a small flooding incident kept us awake one night before the staff could fix it.

Review 37：We had a great stay at the Zhero Hotel and absolutely enjoyed our stay. We could have loved to stay longer. The hotel is located just outside of Ischgl with a regular free transfer service to the ski lifts and any other place in Ischgl till midnight. We found this a great service as we did not need to use our car. After a long day of skiing we relaxed our muscles in one of 3 saunas and relaxed in the pool before we enjoyed an absolute amazing dinner in there stylish grill restaurant. Martin was a great host. He takes such good care of his customers and had some great local advice. The price is very reasonable for Ischgl standards and I therefore totally recommend this place!

Review 44：On arrival there should be someone to organise parking as it can get a bit chaotic outside reception. On the whole staff were friendly but very few could speak German (surprising considering the location). The shuttle service was good but having to wait half an hour to get the shuttle bus at 0845 on a ski day is not really acceptable. The bus was there, the driver was there so there was no obvious reason why we could not be driven earlier. If you aren't at the Silvretta Bahn by 9am, expect long queues! The rooms were very dimly lit which adds to the elegance of the hotel, however a little impractical when looking in wardrobes. These could be lit from inside (or bring a head torch!). On one evening, the ceiling spotlights suddenly fell out of their fitting which was dramatic! Reception didn't seem particularly bothered although it was repaired by the end of the day. The hairdryer is in a drawer as is the socket, however the cable is very short which made drying my hair a little uncomfortable. A small detail, but in a hotel where clearly a lot of though has gone into detail, this is one they could easily correct! The balconies are not accessible from the rooms which is ok in winter...One of our rooms had a huge crack on the outside of the window. The spa area was great but there could be one or two more beds, and far fewer children. Teenage boys chasing each other around the pool might be OK in a beach resort, but not at this hotel. They might want to consider an age limit to the spa facilities.

Review 45：Much thought has gone into the design of this stunning hotel. I had seen it in a design magazine and had looked forward to the trip a lot. It didn't let down. The hotel lounge and bar area is extremely elegant and spacious and offers a great place to relax at the end of a long ski day. The open fire is a great feature. Bar staff were proficient and friendly and the live singer in the evenings was a nice touch. The rooms are a good size and the bathrooms are very well designed with great rain showers. The spa area is also very elegant and the pool is a good size (they could put the fire on in the fire lounge more often though). The shuttle service to Ischgl was good but arguably, at the price of the hotel, to be expected considering the location. Breakfast was varied and relatively good value. On site ski shop is a good idea.

I was skiing and called my girlfriend to tell her that I would be back at noon and to see if we could check out at 12:30. They were very rude to her and made her call me to tell me that I had to be back to check out at 11:30. I got back at 11:30 and rushed to the room which was already packed and they were knocking on the door telling me they needed the room. It made the otherwise perfect stay end on a sour note.

Review 57：Our stay at Zhero was magical. We were supposed to stay in St. Anton and our reservation fell through. We booked last Minute a Zhero for a little more money but it was very worth it. We had never heard about the hotel and knew little about Ischgl, but it was amazing. The best new years we ever had. There was a wonderful party at the hotel and one of the Bartenders hooked us up later with free entry at Pacha. In fact, once the bouncers saw that we were staying at Zhero they let us right in, no cover, ON NYE!!! When we arrived, we went to the bar for a drink and the manager greeted us with a large place featuring selections of cheeses and meats and said he knew we had a long drive and wanted to welcome us to the hotel. He also picked up our first round of drinks! The entire staff was amazing, except for the morning staff when we checked out. The wellness center is top notch. The free shuttle to Ischgl is very convenient.

If thestunning elevation is not enough to impress you as the hotel appearsnext to the river on the approach road to Ischgl, the warm welcome fromthe charming receptionist’s makes you feel from the moment you arrive atthe hotel that your stay is going to be enjoyable. Having stayed inIschgl a number of times previously it was a resort I wanted to visitfor a long weekend trip with my family (daughters of 19 &23). However, most of the hotels in Ischgl are very inflexible withdates and lengths of stay, which usually means staying a week Saturdayto Saturday. This is one of the reasons that led me to book HotelZhero being that they are totally flexible. Some comments have beenmade about the décor of this hotel being too dark etc and of courseeveryone will have difference of opinion with interior design.However, I actually think the design is totally relaxing and thefeatures of the lighting, prints / artwork, fireplaces and thevery clever design of space (from some seats in the lounge you can seefrom one end of the building through the restaurant to the other) isall total fascinating. The rooms are again well-planned and furnishedwith similar décor to the rest of the hotel. Although we booked twosuperior rooms they were different being that one had a bath and oneonly had a shower. Although the rooms were of equal size the bathroomwhich included a bath was in my view a much nicer room being the other(with a shower) was a just a wet room without any fittings. On viewingthe rooms I asked if we could change the room with a shower and aftera little re-planning by the receptionist on their system as the hotelwas full the weekend I am pleased to stay the hotel was able toaccommodate our request without any fuss.

Really gorgeous, each part of the hotel is a truepiece of design - with no compromise to comfort, added with an excellentnouveau cuizine restaurant (one of the best in the region) and exclusiveservice provided by extremely helpful and attentive staff. Review 69：What annoyed me most about this hotel is they boast sound proofedrooms!! They are not sound proofed! You hear everything from thecorridor and outside, and when they are playing music in the bardownstairs, you can hear this very clearly which isn't great whenthey don't turn the music off till after 2am!!Don't leave the bedroom or bathroom door directly under the ceiling lights and the doors will start to smoke as the lights give off a lot of heat. The free ski bus isn't well organised. There is no system, you could be waiting a while and they pick up from random locations. Breakfast is too expensive at €18 and parking is €10 a night. You also get the impression the hotel isn't finished.

Review 70：The hotel is different, a nice idea, everything is black and is welldesigned. Nice bar and restaurant area. Very good sized pool.

Review 71：The interior design is very nice, but if you have a sharp eye youwill notice unfinished décor and wrong choice of materials. Forexample the shower had water stains that cannot be removed and somewhite walls had gray paint smeared on it. All this does not affectthe quality of the stay.

This includes recommendations on restaurants andreservations, driving map to airport, on demand free shuttle services,ski storage and maintenance, welcomed to the spa after checkout becauseour flight was in the late evening. The spa was excellent. It had abeautiful pool, dry and wet sauna and a gym- a very relaxingenvironment. The breakfast was very good too.

Being so far out of town you are verydependent on the hotel's free shuttle, and you sometimes have towait quite a long time. They tried to double-charge me for the roomswhen we checked out, but managed to sort it out with their accountsdepartment within half an hour and offered free coffees while we waited.
