Review 1：They announced that the water park is heated for children and when we went only small pool outside from the water park was heated so it end up not going to the water park also no other entertainment for the children they are depending on game park outside the hotel Hotel buffet is very poor on dinner no drinks are served even the water

No organization, no places to accommodate all guests at rush times, food areas cleanliness is not maintained in rush times. - Food areas are suffering from bad design aspects; e.g., they are closed halls with half reflective glassed-doors. You should be aware of sudden hits when opening a door on either side. - Aqua park's pool floor has some pinning screws those you could hit you feet in (and it happened to my kid!). Pool floor tiny mosaic tiles are removed in many places and cement below would harm your feet. - WiFi is terrible! Don't count on it! Better to remove it from the offering! - You feel that management staff are acting with no inner hope of improvement! - Value for money is lesser than expected!

Review 63：Water World Aqua Park is excellent, me and my kids had so much fun, a lot of games and pools suitable for all ages. The Family hotel is a new idea and it was really nice. The tannora show was excellent. There were kids areas in the hotel and on the beach. The room service and the maintenance staff responded quickly. the location is really close to Qattameya Highway (5 km).

Review 111：The location is terrible. The pool view is a trick. The rooms very closely overlook an employee building that also overlooks the pool. Something I've never seen anywhere which is a huge invasion of privacy. The food was terrible, tastes horrible. We had to eat outside though we paid for half board. The pool was very cold and not clean. The room was not clean, hairdryer broken, beds uncomfortable. We felt itching all night. Poor animation team. I won't come again and don't recommend.

Review 127：The website makes the hotel look much nicer than it is. The beach that is shown on the photos is nothing like the photos, there is no toilet and construction work is going on. This needs to be explained to customers before booking. Myself and my friend wanted a peaceful weekend getaway but instead we led on the beach beside workmen and diggers with lots of noise! The beach restaurant with tranquil setting was non existent, highly disappointed.
