Review 1：worst Reception staff ever, they know beans about hospitality at check in- or out, they even forgets to return back your Idnetity cards at check in till i left the hotel back to Cairo !!, they never respnd to a phone call

Review 3：The staff were very helpful, flexible and happy to help starting from the front desk, room service and at the restaurant. The value of service for money is very high for this resort to compare it with other facilities in Al Sokhna. Food is delicious, the quality & quantity are good.

Review 8：This is our third stay in the hotel and every time we come we have the problem of the door lock, the opening card either don't work or the the door opens all the time... This time there were bed bugs which kept my mum awake all night.. Yes the hotel staff apologized but ....BUGS !!!

No high standards, not clean and the beach is verydirty (plastic bags, jelly fish, etc.) people swim in the pool withtheir clothes on. We booked a room with sea view, but our doorknob wasbroken, so we couIdnt even get to our terrace. Our curtains were ripped,and we found hair in the bathroom. I wanted to cancel my reservation assoon as I got there, but the guy from the reception wouldn't evenlisten to my story. He said I couldn't cancel and that I definitelywouldn't get my money back. No customer service! I booked for twonights, and in the end we only stayed for 1 night. We paid waaayyy toomuch for this stay, and I wouldn't even stay if it was for free!!Never again! Do not book this hotel.

My husband loves it because there's coral right in front of the hotel and I love it because it's a great place to relax. This year my husband unfortunately lost his underwater camera and was very upset but a few weeks later they found and and sent it to Cairo!!! Amazing!!!

Review 98：1-Pool wasn't heated though the weather was obviously cold 2-Restaurant was poorly arranged, Dishes and Cutleries were dirty. They don't provide holders at the pastries section so people have to touch every single piece with their bare hands and the restaurant's floor was dirty and smelly. 3-No free internet connection. 4-Very silly recreation. 5-Pool Towels were wet when i asked for them, and i was shocked when i went inside the towel storage area and found out that they put the dirty/used Towels beside the clean ones. 6-The beach was full of sharp rocks, while their neighbours "Cancun Beach" whom are few walking steps from their beach managed this problem and made it a little bit sandy there. Overall the whole stay was terrible and i wouldn't even go there for free.

Facilities were limited and they ask for huge extra charges for drinks specially water. The room were big enough but the bed, TV and the other furniture were outdated. Review 114：.I reserved a sea view room, what i got was defintly not a sea view.. I have been there before & i had a better view, not a sea view as well but partialy seeing the sea as they don't have any hotel building in front of the beach. This time my room was @ the corner & no sea view at all, when i complained they told me that this whole building is sea view!! So don't pay more for a sea view room as you will get nothing. Food was below average this time, breakfast didn't contain cheese varities, no butter, no honey,, no youghart or fruits. Dinner was basic & tasteless Room wasn't that clean. Avoid Fridays as they usually have huge day use trip so beach is over crowded with ppl not actually using the beach rather than starring on ppl around. There was a mess @ the beach on friday due to group of youth having day use & started to have color battle on the beach among us! I was watching & waiting the security stop that but no one moved! Till one of those guys actually fall over my 2 years girl & i started to shout so security came & asked them to stop. Colors powder ruined all our cloths & bags that was really annoying & something like that shouldn't be allowed among ppl.

Review 132：The Hotel in reality is far away from their pictures uploaded on the site ! the sea view room actually doesn't overlook directly on the sea !!! on the description it was written that it overviews a garden as well ~ guess what? the "so called" garden wasn't even planted , it was just sand, had to change rooms more than once and the staff weren't very friendly. when it comes to cleanliness , the room service didn't change the sheets which i don't find a reason why till this moment.

Review 146：there is no water to drink inside the rooms, even at the dinner there is no free drinks, you have to purchase water to rink at dinner which was very uncomforting for us, the other thing, they take the IDs from us until we check out which is unprofessional at all and when we ask them they refuse to give it to us until check out.
