Review 1：The staff speaks very little English (I wouldn't even mention, but hey, it's a 4-star hotel!). I also thought that it's a bit overpriced for what it is.

Review 2：The location is really good, very central, though it was hard to find at first. The room was quite comfortable. Overall, I enjoyed my stay there.

Review 3：I had to move rooms because my first room smelt really awful. The hotel itself was fine - I got a really cheap last minute deal but would have been disappointed if I had paid full price for it.

Review 5：The room was cold for this time of the year. Took a long time for the water to heat up for a shower. Unable to adequately use wifi I'm my room. Noisey...hotel situated around several taps bars.

Review 10：The room was overall a little poorly maintained. The furniture was a bit worn, the bathtub faucet wasn't properly working. Water heating kept failling. The room had terrible lighting, appart from the ceiling light there was only one fairly dim yellowish light over the bed. The room soundproofing was quite poor, we could hear people talking and using the bathroom nextdoor.

Review 11：The staff was very helpfull. Specially the lady at the reception, which also served us breakfast. The room was spacious. The thermal insulation of the room was good.

Review 12：The Hotel looks like more as a Hostal than a hotel. The rooms are basic,the linens are cheap and old. No parking in the hotel, they use anotherparking few blocks from the location. I stayed in the 6th floor and formy surprise the elevator just go to the 5th floor and we have to dragthe luggages on the stairs one floor up. My husband and I stayed justone night in the hotel, next day we wenr to a better hotel 4 star. Forthe price, Hotel Ceylan does not have anything to offer.
