Review 1：We visited when it appeared that the whole of Clermont Ferrand had gone on leave....everywhere was shut!

Review 2：It was a good location and the room was very good, however we speak a little French and the staff spoke very little English, it was a n interesting conversation!

Review 3：The tiniest bathroom we ever saw and a very strong smell of lemony cleaning product. We are ok with noise but people need to be aware of how noisy the street is!

Review 4：The staff were very friendly and the room generally clean. There was air conditioning and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is also very close to the town centre. This budget room was very good value for money and served its purpose.

Review 5：Wifi does not work! Set aside the difficulty in finding someone speakingenglish, there is no one at the reception almost all the time. Warningsare all French! Breakfast is only composed of croissants and coffee + 3apples and 4 bananas (7 euros). It is much cheaper at the corner shop.

Review 7：Stopped here whilst travelling south for one night, I'd read reviews before booking, and based on that went ahead with the booking. Everything was as described, clean room, moderate size,clean firm bed, air on worked well, and a 10/15 minute walk to the town centre. All in all, a good stop over, sadly, if your a toast lover, no chance of making any.

Review 8：It served a purpose for a 1 night stop off. What is important to us is cleanliness and this small hotel was clean and efficient. Also important for us was car parking, which was adequate and secure. We would recommend for short stays.

Review 32：The reception was pleasant and efficient. The room was good, as was the bed. The room was on the street side, but because of the double double windows, it was very quiet. The airco is very limited, but it worked and it made it possible to keep the windows closed. The breakfast was 'French basic' and the garage was excellent. All in all not a place for a long stay, but for a stopover it is really good value for money.

Review 35：The only thing I did not like was the duvet which was far too hot- especially as the winter is so mild- and the fact there was no sheet, so that with the duvet I was too hot and without not enough ;( ah, sound insulation is quite poor and you can easily be woken up by the shower or toilet flush next room; fortunately, customers are very quiet!

Review 37：For a 2 star hotel it was great. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was as good as anywhere I've stayed and better than some more expensive places. A very pleasant hotel to stay in.

Review 38：Shower was mildewed, and grout and caulk throughout bathroom needed repair. Half-peeled-off stickers on walls. Wifi never worked, signal too weak to get any reception at all in our room, even after it was restarted.

Review 40：As in any city it was a bit hard to find our way in and we had to detour a couple of times, to be expected when there are one way systems going the opposite way, but we got there in the end. The hotel map was the best of those we had.

Review 41：The woman on reception was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was clean and breakfast was plentiful. It was conveniently placed to get out and about in Clemont Ferrand - what more could you ask for. Lovely, lively city.

Review 42：The very annoying way that the wifi connection kept constantly cutting out while you were online, and the fact that you had to sign in anew each time you wanted to use the internet. There was only one hotplate, and the saucepans were buckled, which meant very inefficient cooking. The TV was set at a maximum volume level which was too low to allow speech to be heard. The outlook over the courtyard and beyond to apartment blocks was a grim vista of bricks and concrete unrelieved by greenery. The bathroom was quite old, and there was a lingering smell of urine embedded in the tiles near the WC.

Review 43：Availability of cooking facilities and refrigerator. Adequate crockery, cooking vessels and utensils, but no sharp knife. Comfortable beds, and the owner happily fetched extra pillows on request. The staff were all cheerful and welcoming. Courtyard location protects studio rooms from traffic noise in the busy main street where the hotel is situated. Staff helped to carry baggage up the stairs (this is not a common practice in hotels!).

Review 67：My impression is good. - It was close to the center of city. - Receptionist is very kind and has a helpful mind. Unfortunately, it was rain when I arrived at Hotel. Although I had known no lift & no roof on the stairs when I booked. Parking is possible to open close by Room card key. So I could out & enter by myself without the reception contact.

Newly renovated rooms were clean andcomfortable, and the Hotel was close to the tram that took us to theground where we very nearly beat Clermont!
