Review 1：the safety box is damaged and they can't repair it .instead they gave me a key to open and close it !!!!! the electricity is cut off for 2 hours !!! the stuff is not caring for clients not like i read abt the hotel

Review 57：1- the dollar in bank=7.15 and i paid in 7.5, Booking sllved the problem after i e-mailed them and i got the extra money back. 2- i booked a room with a private garden,pool view and side see view but i got a room with only pool View and i asked to change it and i had to choose between to rooms with garden and pool view but i lost the side see view option. 3- the Safe is not working and i asked them for one and they said all the safes not working, after i insist to get one they send me the key for my room safe. 4- the Cleanliness is very bad. 5- Only two towels in the room. And no towel on the beach or the pool. 6- alot of flies. 7- guests are local standard, they sit around the pool and at the balconies and play loud music and speak and laugh in a loud voice, u cannot relax. 8- Take your shampoo with you as they only to packets of "Clear" shampoo for double room so you can wash you head one time daily. 9- no sandy shore, it full of huge rocks and not suitable for swimming. 10- The pool closes at six PM. Not with the sunset. 11- food is not good and low varaity 12- no "banu" in bathroom. 13- Mr. Sameh ,the front office manager is aggresive. 14- last time to go there. Really very bad experience.

Review 59：1. Wrong information posted on booking.com in regards to: a. Checking out time b. Facilities in the room (stove) c. Chalet by sea side which is sea view however there is no such thing 2. There are two signs with the reception banner stated outside the hotel which is misleading 3. The supermarket is extermely poor in products and varieties. The shopping bags material is so bad to the point they got torn on my way to the chalet 4. There is no Pharamcy in case of emergency 5. Upon entrance, none of the stuff informed us of the breakfast timing or lunch 6. The room service was apolling in terms of: a. The bed sheets weren't changed b. The towels weren't replaced c. There was no trash bag placed after they removed it d. The room smelled horribly after they left 7. No phones avaliable at the chalet to contact the reception in case of anything 8. No curtains avaliable for the bathtubs or the showers 9. The beach is not well prepared in terms of cleanliness and rocks 10. The policy of the hotel states no pets allowed yet we saw two big golden retrievers heading to the beach 11. Rude staff: a. When we checked in the room, the helper didn't advise that the kitchen and the bathroom fossils won't work unless the water valves are opened. Also he didn't mention the location of those valves b. When checking out the receptionist was upset with a big frown on his face when he saw us coming towards him , he didn't even smile or had eye contact. The only thing he mentioned was "هات ياابني الحساب بتاع شاليه رقم ***" and that was it 12. When it was asked about the late checkout we have been informed that the late checkouts isn't applicable unless you pay money i.e. If you want to do a late check out at 3:00 you will be paying 300LE to do that Overall experience is awful, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone

It is excellent to cool down in! The security guard was very helpful too; he had a friend from Manchester and spoke excellent English. We ordered takeaway pizza on our second night which was delicious. It was a peaceful and relaxing trip.

Review 68：This was the last time for me to book in this hotel, i booked this a a gift, and i have transferred the money to their account, but when my friend went in his honeymoon they said that thay has been transferred, we talked to them t o let him in and then solve the problem!! There is no any communication between their departments, and i called the financail manager he told me "transfer confirmed" !! How come the hotel itself was not informed by such an important info!!
