Review 1：Nothing. Everything went easily and fine!
Review 2：Lucy and Mila, the reseption staff, was better than official Tourist info!! You will get every information you need from them. They also helped us to make reservations to trips and rent a car or order the taxi etc. Buffet breakfast was excellent, very good selection of things. Room was clean and there was everything we need. Pool was good, I didn't like the cold water of it, but the rest of our family did, so I can't put it to the minuses :) There were just old german couples so we were the only family, who make any noise! Whole Cancajos is very little place so you can walk even with small kids to everywhere. Buses goes, but the best way to see the whole island is rent a car. There is free parkig area next to this apartment.
Review 3：The apartments were peaceful and quiet. However, if you are a very light sleeper then request an apartment away from the central stairs as some guests are very heavy footed! This was not a major problem and they were quieter than any other I have stayed in.
Review 4：The staff were very helpful and gave good advice and information about the island. Very spacious apartments. Cleaned regularly and towels/tea towels changed often.
Review 5：Good value for money, the flat was comfortable, big and in a nice part of the island. We found out when we got there that the West part of La Palma is sunnier but since you need a car when you're there you can be in the West side in 30mn anyway. We didn't have breakfast in El Cerrito so cannot comment on it but evrything else was fine. The staff is nice and helpful and the place is clean.
Review 6：No sponge nor soap provided to wash the dishes. Kitchen shelves s but sticky. All the rest was good.
Review 7：The apartment is very big and comfortable. Not far from the breach, supermarket, bus stop. Nice breakfast.

Review 18：Reception staffs were really helpful and capable of organizing my activities during the stay. I didn't have a plan on what to do but they helped me a lot: making reservations, giving me recommendations/advices, etc. The room was spacious and clean. Wifi was available only at balcony of my room but was ok.
Review 19：Slow/intermittent wi-fi. Local area only has a few restaurants. Having two singles together rather than a double bed. Not enough pillows. No washing up liquid provided. No kettle to make tea with.

Review 24：The apartment was large and very comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly. Location was very good: near bus stop, taxi stand and supermarket. Helpful information about excursions. When we return to La Palma we shall chose this hotel again and we shall recomend it to our friends.

Review 26：The entire stay was wonderful. Staff was friendly and helpful - I liked the welcome pack with useful tips and a selection of relevant brochures. The interior was slightly old but charming, everything in good working order, very clean and spacious. Highly recommended.
Review 27：Depending the location of the appartment - ground floor, top floor, sun, shade - appartment can be a bit dark. We would suggest El Cerrito to put extra light in the sitting area for reading.
Review 28：Spacious appartments in good and quiet location. One can cook his own meals but cooking equipment is limited. However,, there are several restaurants in the area, we can advise Sadi ! Sufficient place for parking you (rental) car. Cerrito offers breakfast for Eur 6.
Review 29：The pool is very cold it is not heated. Note: we visited La Palma during March.
Review 30：The location is very good because it is very close to Los Cancajos beach area and near also to a grocery store for food and necessity wise. We got a ocean view from our balcony and had the sun every morning. They clean our apartment 5 times a week and twice new towels.
Review 31：Mattress cover could be improved - plastic protector but was OK as there was a thick cover over it - but the latter crinkled up.
Review 32：Large one bedroomed apartment in a two story complex in which two very large sofas plus dining table and large flat screen TV did not seem out of proportion. Large bedroom, well equipped kitchinette and private patio around nicely landscaped pool area. A purpose built resort but several eating options nearby including a good Thai restaurant in one of the hotels and a short bus ride to Santa Cruz. Good base for walkers but would probably need a hire car. There are organised walking excursions at about E35 pp per day.
