Review 1：It was quite a plain room and didn't really feel very welcoming. The bed was very firm and not very comfortable.

Review 2：It was easy enough to find and the room was very clean and well kept. Breakfast was good and the staff were pleasant.

Dust everywhere on pipes in bathroom, under beds ect. Basically the room we stayed in needs a total renovation job. SUCH A SHAME AS THE LOCATION IS PERFECT

Review 6：Central Location is ideal for exploring the truly beautiful town on foot. Secure parking although at an extra cost means you can have a worry free stay. Staff friendly and eager to help. Free Broadband but very slow......

Review 7：Bed mattress was rock solid. The children had bunk bed arrangements which had seen better days. Every time my middle daughter moved the whole thing creaked. Blankets had seen better days too. In need of some tlc.

Review 25：The inability of the receptionist to order a take away meal even though the information book said this could be done. reception office notice said "we speak English" (with an incorrect rendition of the United Kingdom flag) - The receptionist struggled with basic English. Room needed decorating and had marks all over the walls

Review 29：Very difficult area to get through. Many one way streets.Neighborhood does not seem very safe. I prefered paid 5 euro extra for private hotel parking... The door from the parking to the hotel is broken. Cannot enter if no one opens it for you. Receptionist / night watcher d better be there if you go out and come back late! Fire alarm rang at 1030 pm. System was damaged due to the rain. Thinking twice about it: not good!! 1- ring = false alarm, always? Next time too? 2- a storm can damage an alarm system??? How old is it? How robust? What abiut other stuff?? If safety is not garanteed... Also, i booked via booking.com using american card. Got confirmation. However personel from hotel asked via email for another credit card number as they do not accept amex. Seemed like a cheap phishing attempt. Anyway tried to cancel to book again but i was passed the free cancelation period so i went anyway and no problem. Bear in mind it s 2 stars. I mean it s really 2 stars. Not more.

Review 31：we booked two double rooms & got two twin rooms, the washing facility in my cousins room was very poor no shower to speak of just a shower head in the bath with no where to hang or any screen to stop water going everywhere. my room was ok but the shower poured water all over the floor.

Review 33：The bathroom floor covering is terrible slippery when wet. With only a shower curtain it does get wet but equally just splashes from washing your hands can cause you to slip. I have the bruises to testify. Ants in the restuarant seemed to be as a result of an ill fitting terrace door rather than lack of cleanleness but still unpleasant on you breakfast table.

Review 34：Location is great and the ease of access to the parking, situated at the front of the hotel you just drive up to the barrier and it raises to let you in. Staff were very cheerful and attentive. Spotlessly clean with lovely comfortable beds.

Review 35：Car parking was extra, there was no shower just a bath, the flooring throughout was what you'd expect in a bathroom (non slip Lino) and neither lights had lampshades. If you want a room with a bed and a TV and don't mind a bath then this is for you.
