Review 1：Less pasilitas in the room , no glass only a plastic glass in bathroom.

Review 5：We appreciated the spacious parking in the hotel´s basement with a lift directly to the corridors. The breakfast was quite good and the hotel is nicely situated, in a walking distance to the charming town centre.

Review 6：The reception staff were about as unhelpful as you could wish for. If they don't happen to speak English they might at least make an attempt to understand what you're trying to say to them. And an occasional Hola or Buenas Dias wouldn't go amiss instead of a blank stare. On the other hand, the restaurant staff and the cleaning lady were cheerful and polite and a pleasure to meet each morning.

Review 11：The room is old and decrepit. It is sparesely furnished and we would not conisder staying there longer than one night. The shower had not been cleaned before our arrival: we found an open soap bar in the shower but no gel or shampoo bottles.

Review 15：On arrival the young man on reception was less than welcoming. I'm not sure if he was having a bad day or not (which we all can have) but he just appeared a little brash and matter of fact. We had to pay up front for the room for our 2 night stay and couldn't park the motorbike in the garage until we'd paid for that as well. We hadn't booked breakfast and chose not to use this facility on the first morning but did on the second morning. Guess what, we had to pay for it up front again. I get the strong feeling that they don't trust their customers, for which they may have good reason due to previous experiences, but they're doing very little to win over their new customers either. On this trip we stayed at another Sercotel in Extremadura which is rated 4* and clearly deserves it's rating. Reus Park is rated 3* and in my opinion deserves it only for the building not for the staff. We had a far better experience in the Ibis hotel in Granada which is rated much less.

Review 16：Clean comfortable hotel in a close location to the town centre and only 9km from salou. Look out for tha Alhambra bar just a few hundred yards away. Excellent food, excellent service and excellent value for money.

Review 17：this is a new hotel, and neither it nor the road are given on the maps displayed in the town and available at the tourist office; make sure you get the position from online maps before trying to find it.

Review 18：New hotel; nice room with all mod cons; bit of a hike from the railway station but close to bus station (useful for buses to airport). Very reasonably priced for this quality of hotel. I had a room on the 5th floor with good view of local hills.
