Review 1：New year's party was really bad, poor shows & terrible food, the hotel is more suitable for families, and apparently they were over pricing due to new years, later I figured out close hotels were not doing this

Review 39：Private pool villas are not by any mean private. Forget your far eastern honeymoon experience. Go for villas 5028 or 5030 if privacy is of concern to you. Definitely not a 5 stars hotel. Neither the finishing of the villas, the quality of the food, or the professionalism of the staff is anywhere close to that.

It was my birthday and in the evening I was called to the stage and everyone sang and we danced. I was given a lovely birthday cake. We booked a 2bedroom villa with a pvt pool.IT TOOK ME TIME TO WRITE THIS FEEDBACK - PLEASE READ IT!!PVT Pools: Well let us start by saying when we heard " private pool" we decided that this is the relaxing resort for us. Don't get me wrong there was a pool and yes it was clean, but was it private? Nope! But to be honest its not like we were doing anything wrong that we needed a private pool or maybe our villa was more exposed than others due to its location, we didn't really investigate but in simple words " it wasn't private".Now here is my questions to the hotel management ( this question was on our minds for the whole two nights) - WHY ON EARTH ARE THERE NO POOL HEATERS???!!!! I mean there is no convincing reason you can give us from here till the year 2020, to convince us as to why the private pool lacked individual heaters!!! Let's be a bit rational here, you are a resort with villas , you have so called "pvt" pools, you already paid money to build these pools, you clean the pools, so why not just add HEATERS to the pool??!Please, think of it , work a budget for it, try to source suppliers ( and PUBLIC POOL - let's not forget that one) - please do take my review serious. You have a fairly good and clean resort, so don't go cheap on the budget!Location: I meant the road to the resort is literally a death trap at night with multiple trucks racing down a two lane highway - it was just terrifying but so is the driving in Egypt in general .

Review 95：One of the most horrible experiences i've ever had through my travellings to the red sea hotels. Our villa literaly flooded when it ran for less than half an hour. water came through doors ,windows and balacony doors. The AC had a short circuit and tripped the AC unit and some lights and the maintenance couldnot manage to make it work till the next day. The housekeeping showed up after 90 min from the rain stop to clean the mess. You have to beg the room service for the drink water to get it and the tea ,sugar and coffee refill. Most of the stuff in the menu of the resturant are not available and the prices on the menu arr not real .. you to check first
