Review 7：Staff were great; separate swimming pool for small children; one pool heated with solar panels so not too cold even in winter; sofa bed in living room very comfortable making the apartment good for three adults; very good breakfast; eastern facing rooms with sea view.

Review 15：The doors of the apartments should have a safety lock which a young child can-not reach. My 3 year old son left the apartments without us realising and we found him by the pool side. There should also be a lifeguard at the pool side, this is a health & safety requirement. There are a lot of your children that use the pool and can be very dangerous. The maintenance in the apartmnet was not as good as other years. The toilet and the kitchen areas need some attention, and the apartment could do with a fresh coat of paint. I understand that your apartments do not have air conditioning. However, it would be a good idea if you provided at least 2 fans in each apartment. This would make your guests much happier, specially when they have young children.

Review 17：Allot of rules You don't get a towel for the beach / swimming pool You have to pay big deposits in order to get a towels / key for the safe and almost anything They charge extra for fresh orange juice in breakfast (so weird) The appartements are nice and big but I didn't like the fact that building is separated from the main hotel structure which gives a feeling like you are in a residence building rather then a 4 stars hotel

Quiet location in small resort, but there are now more flights into the airport, which is only about 3km away, so not as quiet aw it used to be.. Convenient for visiting all parts of the island, but a car is a great advantage. Very good value.

Review 35：Warning!!! The receptionists cheat on the customers! They asked us 10 euros for a kettle as a deposit. We gave 10 euros and asked for any receipt but they said that they didn't give any receipts for the deposits. On the date of checkout we brought the kettle back to the reception and asked for our deposit but they refused to give our money back because they wanted to have a receipt. We said OK, no problem - give us the kettle back then... And the receptionist which name is Iris said us in a very unfriendly way that this kettle is the property of the hotel and you will receive nothing. We have been living in Las Olas hotel for two weeks and no bed linen or towels were changed during this period.
